I went to this location on this Wednesday oct 30,2024. Had the worst customer service experience ever. The person greeted us fine we were looking the item we looked at it and put it back on the same place and went ahead to see more stuff the person followed us and said can you put the stuff folded as it originally was I don’t believe that i have to fold the clothes for them and he just stood there i mean if i have to do all that myself the store should be self serve. I also confronted him in front of manager by asking if its a policy that a customer has to fold the clothes but manager said no its our job not customers. Then that person got mad and treated us so bad because we told their manager that how they treated us and asked us so rudely to pay and indirectly to leave the store in a loud and rude tone. The manager just stood there and watched silently.

Today date is16th December I was visited the Halifax store and bought some products but the customer services guy behaviour is not well. When we see them faces it’s look like not happy. It’s really a bad experience with this shop.

Younglings seem to like this place, so maybe I am getting too old! In all seriousness, this store is okay. As for staff, you can tell they are mainly high school/early university students - so can't expect much from them. Speaking of staff, it's hit or miss. Lots of great, friendly and knowledgeable staff; meanwhile there are some staff that are quite the opposite of that. It really depends on your luck.

We went there at 8:23 and we were told by a worker that we need to hurry because store is closing at 9 then it is a lot of mess for us to clean. Without any greetings or offering help. It was very rude the way we were told by them. Maybe with a little help it could have been easier for us as well as them to do sales with less timing rather than sending customers away. We would love to buy stuff from here as its on convenient for us. Hope for a better service next time!

I'm very glad we shopped at Hollister today, great experience overall. Great prices on everything and very nice jeans. Shout out to Duquan! He was very helpful and was able to help me find a pair of jeans that fit me very well, also he was one of the nicest employees I've ever had at any store! I would highly recommend stopping by.
