38 Solutions Dr #100, Halifax“I have been dealing with this branch for close to 20 years. I had the pleasure of always being greeted by Tina at the reception desk for most of those. She's amazing!. I also deal with 2 ladies in claims that are both very efficient and good at their jobs. Unfortunately lately I have had to deal with the new receptionist when I call. She is always very short with me and her tone is just nasty like someone is pinching her behind her desk. People calling there may be stressed due to personal circumstances. A kind voice at port of entry may set the tone of the conversation for the person next in line. Just a thought that maybe you should actually go through the taped conversations for quality of service. 5 for the service past the front desk and 0 for reception. I called on Dec 7th at around 1pm.”
