I pumped gas until my tank was full, then let go of the handle. But the meter (and the price) on the gas pump kept increasing even when it wasn’t dispensing gas. It wouldn’t stop until I actually but the handle back into the pump.
Talked to the guys at the counter about it … they didn’t seem too interested.
I’d either avoid this station entirely, or keep a sharp eye on the pump. You may be getting charged for gas that you’re not getting.

It wasn't busy at all and the employee was on the phone and had to call him twice to pay for my gas. Later on, I asked for a washroom and it's the worst one I have ever been to in Canada. I asked the employee and he didn't care. Told me that there isn't any other. And seems like he doesn't care for the mess in the store.

When I go there and I put some gas and the gas didn’t go down and I talked to them they said it’s not our problem and you have to pay . Also the workers are there is so disrespectful. And the way the spoke with me was unaccebtable, please review the cameras

I went to the store and stood in the line all the way to the back of the store. When i got to the check out the male cashier refused to serve me and told me to stand aside and proceedes to ring in the men behind me.
I was the only person he made wait, and the only woman.
I left the store and went to Kearny lake instead when the man was kind and served me.
I tried to call the store several times to speak to a manager but no one ever answers. Odd for a 24 hour store.

Just entered the Circle K at 15 Fairfax to get a quick on the go lunch. I purchased theoffer like all other stores, the two hot dogs and Polar pop for 5 dollars.
After getting my two hot dogs it came to my attention the fountain dispenser was completely down.
At this point I returned to the counter and asked if I could have a small bottle of water as a substitute. They refused and informed me I could have a Slushie.
I am a diabetic and those are pure sugar and plus the fact I am adult and not very keen on Slushies.
I don't believe asking for a small bottle of water is an unreasonable request.
Quite unsatisfied!

I actually was in the Big Stop restaurant portion.Which I've visited multiple times over the last few years.It's truly cosy, happy comfort food. The staff is always friendly and treat their customers like family.Don't get me started on the desserts! The pies, cheesecakes, and cakes! All ate droolworthy enormous portions.
