I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the customer service team, specifically with a representative named Virat. From the moment I reached out, the interaction was frustrating and unprofessional. Virat was not only unhelpful but also downright rude, which only made the situation worse.
What should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal due to Virat's attitude. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. His dismissive and condescending tone throughout the conversation was completely unacceptable.
This experience has left a lasting negative impression on me, and I strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with their customer service. If this is the standard of care they offer, it’s clear that they don’t prioritize their customers' satisfaction. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Well I thought the polar pop drinks were on for 79 cents this summer. Apparently this location said they haven’t heard of that before, even though EVERY IRVING I’ve been to in the Halifax/Bedford area honours that deal. Really tired of these employees never being consistent and never being able to provide a proper answer without it sounding like a lie. Also really tired of being brushed off whenever I have a concern. Over it

Hii ,I’m Uber driver , so I spend at least $50 gas every day. And I always go to Irving oil , because while doing Uber If I have to use washroom I just go to Irving oil to use washroom and fill my gas tank , everything was fine . I was using Irving oil since I have been in Halifax . And while doing Uber If I need to go to washroom I just go to Irving oil .But yesterday I went to Irving oil at Robbie st , the guy over there told me that I can use washroom only if I will buy the gas .I don’t think it’s fair , like while doing Uber at night I will fill my gas tank for 1 time , but I might have to use washroom 2-3 times . I’m even paying for premium car wash monthly so Robbie st location is my hot spot for all my needs while doing Uber at night .And the guy who was working over there don’t greet , don’t know how to say good bye , good night or anything . After opening the door he just ignore me like I’m not a customer. ( it was 7 March night so you can check who was working over there )If he and me both are from same country , it does not mean he don’t need to greet me , he should know that we are in Canada now , and we need to follow Canadian etiquettes. While we are at work ,And the washroom over there is always dirty. Most of the time towel paper is empty.Anyway for now I just canceled my Carwash subscription and have to find another gas station who will be more than happy to greet me as customer.Thanks

When I arrived there, garbages where REALLY full, and when I came inside the 2 girls at the counter clearly had something going on, seeing how unhappy they looked, when I bought some stuff that was said to be on special they told me it wasn't, I told em there's a litteral sign that said it was on special and they kept refusing. So nice place, but terrible staff that don't do their job

The polar pop section is mostly just water instead of the drinks. When I tried to inform the cashier he just said yeah.The washrooms are clean though.

It's a gas station. No discount here. Go to Wilson's and save money or even Ultramar.
