Ryan has zero customer service skills whatsoever. Yelled at me over not opening the right door, raising his voice saying “that’s what I was trying to tell you but you didn’t listen! You’re ringing the office!” As if I could hear him through the stores glass window. Seems like other complaints have been made and company does nothing. This guy needs anger management.
FYI FOLKS- Ryan is the manager. I tried to contact Irving and file a complaint and was directed to Ryan himself- The company doesn’t care nor does Ryan when he acts all two faced friendly on an email. We have stopped going to this location, use a different gas station.

I’m giving 1 star based on the fact of the absolute joke corporate is for this place. I’ve never been there, but for some reason I know this Ryan guy should not be employed, guess what? You’re going to share this info with people that aren’t going to do anything. The most pathetic responses to genuine problems I have ever seen in my life. Zero action taken.

Ryan is so disrespectful and Degrading . I left crying last night , i don’t recommend going here unless u want to get yelled at by the cranky night shift guy . I’ve had 4 separate incidents with him

Got a premium car wash package today , never got to the final rinse as the rear door opened and I had to rush forward, during the 90s drying cycle I had to exit quickly as the splash from washing the other car was putting dirt back on my car again, I noticed the same thing for the car ahead of me. I have been using this station for 15 years and this is the first time this is happening. Looks the timer is not functioning well and obviously the owner is benefiting from letting more car in /hour

Charged me $94 for a pack of smokes refused to refund ended up getting it back two days later they were not happy about it

Last Saturday I stopped by to fill windshield liquid in my car.
The machine charged my credit card $15 pre authorized payment.
I filled up on $8 and asked machine to send me receipt by email.
No any email and no any refund.
So I paid $15 for something that should cost around $5 if you buying liquid outside.
Horrible experience.
It was first and last time in my life to approach to this kind of services.

The gas station’s car wash did not work. The attendant at the time refused to give me a refund. He said come back later and try again. Then, like the next day, the gas station put a cone in front of the car wash and stopped everyone from using it (as it was obviously broken). This lasted so long I lost my car wash ticket. After quite a long time (months), my car was dirty and I went back to the gas station later and asked for a car wash credit hoping the attendant would believe my story. The attendant refused.
I understand that I should not have lost the ticket but I think it was understandable considering how long the service was shut down for.
Effectively, I feel the gas station stole the money I paid for the car wash since I paid for a service I did not receive.

The Night Shift guy on the gas station. He was very rude with me. I asked him for the washroom and he said it’s only for the customer and I told him like I have fill up the gas, but he said no you can’t go to the washroom and it it’s a it’s it’s a basic needs for all the human being so he should be a nice human being.

Went in late at night to pay for gas.
The well known nighttime staff member Ryan was working. He was very not interested and seemed annoyed to be having to do up a lottery ticket order, and I was friendly to him but he gave off a very unpleasant attitude and demeanor.
My partner went in and went to use the bathroom and was yelled at, cursed at and even had Ryan follow him to the bathroom and shut the lights off on him using the bathroom because he was at the wrong door.
I dont understand after all the bad reviews why this guy is still employed at this store. I keep seeing review replies from Irving saying they will follow up but he is still here. And ive seen reviews now dating back 4 years.
This guy really needs to learn some customer service skills. Berating and screaming at someone for trying to use a door that was incorrect is absolutely terrible and ridiculous.

Very disappointed that after all these reviews about the night shift man and he’s still there. Had my first interaction last night and he was very rude yelling at me through the door because I went for the wrong door that was unlocked. I went in and yelled back and him and told him I’m not shopping here if I was welcomed into the store like that.
This man needs to be fired and not work at a customer service job if he isn’t gonna at least act like he likes people for the maybe 2 minutes they come into that gas station.
Seriously insane will be calling tomorrow.

First time ever doing a review. My experience was so awful that I had to do one. Went there June 7, 2025 around 2:30am. I had to be buzzed, which is expected at that time. I'm used to going there during the day. The day staff is great. The guy working night shift was HORRIBLE, he was swearing under his breath. I've been seeing negative reviews for this guy and I don't know how he's still there.

Went in at night before driving to the airport. The man at the desk was patient with me while he explained the mask protocol for the cameras. I didn't understand that I had to first walk in with my mask off and then I could put it back on. Must be hard to communicate through the doors without words. He used some sign language and I preferred that! Much better than yelling through the door. :)
No complaints. Ryan did a really good job! Keep up the good work.

The night shift guy was sleeping, when woken up to open the door the big guy kept shouting and nothing else, told me to leave the store, lol like theres only one gas station in the city, keep doing this and loose ur customers. Dont take ur personal shit on workplace.
