I use to think so highly of this place and recommend it to many people but after a recent situation regarding payments and my account I realized giving them the ability to do any withdrawals from my account was a huge mistake on my part and I’ve had to since get my bank involved because they lack transparency when it comes to account charges.

For $15 and no time limit, this was a great way to spend a long layover in Halifax. Huge hot tub, fantastic pool, decent change rooms. Fantastic 🤌

The staffers at the front desk are quick to troubleshoot and update our membership from the backend. If you register on mobile, give them a call or pay them a visit for a quick fix.

Very rude stuff specially lifeguards. I was there on a trip and us a YMCA member I went to closest YMCA but seems like they did not give proper training to stuff or just hire anyone.

VIP is good but usual locker room is not good , there is no towel and even a shampoo.it's like Titanic 2 floor with a huge different things .
Don't forget sandals or flip flops.
But totally good.

Best gym in the world (minus the broken assisted pull up machine haha). Staff is so friendly. Gym users are also really nice, i always leave here having had at least one pleasant exchange or conversation. Bathrooms are clean, the cardio room / stretch room are so peaceful, love the view of the gardens and the natural light and the central location ☺️

Just started at this gym but they had a great and inclusive summer student deal. Great space, feels very inclusive and friendly - never had a problem finding space in the gym although it gets a little crowded after work around 5pm. All the staff I’ve talked to so far have been friendly and helpful.

The service desk girl was super nice and give us a tour on the facility (I had my two kids with me) she was very patient and friendly, besides that the building was super clean, it was busy but still ok, family friendly, and all the staff seem very professional, we will 100% sign up for!

Horrible experience. Bought a membership to play badminton and was told by the front desk that I would be able to call in and book court space. I wasn't able to get through to anyone for a week so I gave up. Their website is a complete mess. Its only use is to get you to pay money and show some pictures. If you plan on using this facility you pretty much have to do everything in person or it wont get done.
