Love the product here but hate going into the store. You can tell the staff hate their jobs. You walk in and it’s like it pains the guy working to greet you and ask if he can help you with anything. I understand having to work with the public through COVID-19 for minimum wage is unfair. But if you can’t even muster up a smile for a stranger then stay home.. you’d make more money from CERB anyway.

LOVE Journeys! Super friendly and helpful staff. I purchased Instore on a Saturday and had it shipped to my home (3hrs away) as the size I needed was unavailable, my order arrived on Monday . 😃 Journeys is definitely my families “Go to” shoe store 💯
