This is pharmacy review. Gave them one star because no stars wasn’t an option. I’ve gotten prescriptions there twice in the past two weeks only because it’s closer to my home and I’ve just had a knee replacement. Both times I arrived later than the time frame I was given to pick them up and neither time they were ready. The first time was one week after surgery and I stood for half an hour while they finished. Today is week three after surgery, I was told they’d be ready in an hour, waited almost two and again they weren’t ready. Would be another 10-15 minutes. Finally got a text saying they were done and only one of the three were ready. People are in pain and they need their meds when they’re told they’ll be ready. There was absolutely no compassion from any of the pharmacy. They shouldn’t be working in the public if they don’t know how to deal with the public??

Bad customer service especially the lady in the pharmacy. She was very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to the customer. I’ve waited for 30-45 minutes and been moving from one area to another as directed by her. You can sense she doesn’t like what she is doing.

Carli, on the front cash is quite a rude young lady. As a senior, with a walker, I had to pick up a few essential items this afternoon and after payment, she just leaves my items on the counter and doesn't even place them in the bag as per requested. She just glared at me like I had several heads. What a complacent staff member. Zero customer service, and repulsive behavior.

Most of the staff are very rude. The older ones anyway. The young ones are great but never stay and I do not blame them! The older British lady is also an exception. The post office staff are the worst. They are condescending and sarcastic especially the blonde lady that is there most of the time. One of them even made fun of a lady after she left.Every time I shop there they make me feel like a criminal; that I will shoplift even though I have been getting all my drugs here for 15 years. The pharmacy staff are great, but I am going to switch pharmacies. It is actually stressful going in there and dealing with the rudeness of the other staff.

It's a lawtons so you get what you get, but it's pretty ridiculous that the pharmacy closes at 6pm on Sundays when other pharmacies are open until 10pm. I'm left waiting an extra day to refill a prescription that I urgently need because I am in pain, but couldn't refill because I was at work. I will be filling all of my prescriptions at shoppers after today. Womp womp.

This pharmacy is the only one in the city I’ve been to who gives me a hassle about my birth control. Prescriptions do expire every year but pharmacists in Nova Scotia can renew birth control prescriptions, but this one won’t and told me to “get permission” from my doctor.

Canada Post @Mumford lawtons I am a schizophrenic with extream social anxiety on disability, I want you to know I only get like $200 to spend (BEFORE ELECTRIC AND CELL BILLS) a month and you just screwed me for over 12% of my monthly earnings on a pathetic power trip with You're bureaucracy bull s**** That envelope sat in my empty backpack in my EMPTY apartment for 2 days, I took it straight there after buying it, my backpack had nothing in it and certainly nothing liquid oh but I spilled something on it tho right? Witch I couldn'qt even see what she was talking about. If it was sooo dirty you sold it to me that way cus I haven't even been home for 2 days. You know full well you could of done me a solid and refunded me and if it was too damaged to be reused like you say I'm know there's like 100 ways you can wright that off as spoilage. You're just power tripping the manute amount of authority Canada Post/lawton drugs trusts you with. I'm going to report this to every head office I have too and I hope you all get fired. Then you get mad at me for getting upset, I'll tell you what, how about this, let me screw you for over 12% of your monthly earnings see how you feel about it. I hope you all feel great about srecrewing over a skitzophrinic in poverty. B I'm sure the multi million dollar institution you represent is gonna have really a great 3rd quarter cus you saved them A envelope

It's a generally good store. Always clean and organized. You can find most things cheaper at Shoppers.

I usually never have a bad experience here. But today while upstairs at the doctor's office with my husband and son, my son had gone through his diaper. It was running everywhere and the office was too busy to lend us an office to change him. So o ran downstairs hoping for a staff bathroom or staff break room or somewhere I could change him quickly. I asked a woman working who was passing by and before I could even finish my sentence she raised her voice to me and told me to go across the street. At this point I have feces all over my shirt and myself. She left me stunned there and I had no choice but to go across the street. If I owned a car I would have done it in my own car, but we don't. As a new mother I feel like I wasn't asking for a lot. Just a little bit of help with this overwhelming situation but I barely was even spoken to as a human being. I realize they likely are asked all the time, but maybe treat people like human's. Especially when they are on the verge of tears and are covered in human waste with a screaming baby.I always get my prescriptions filled here but I will be taking them elsewhere from now on.

I have been coming to this location for about 20 years. I found out my two medication bottles got loosened in my purse and got water damaged. So I came to refill and I was told to pay another $67 dollars coz my plan would not pay for it. I called my GP office n explained what happened. I was told to make a new appointment with my doctor n asked pharmacy to give me some till then as courtesy. So I went downstairs to pharmacy n explained. A pharmacist says " We decided wether or not it is courtesy not by your doctor. " It sounded so rude to me. Anyhow, .today I saw my doctor and got a new prescription with different prescription number. When I came back to pick up my medication, I saw I was still charged for $53.61. well...better than$67. Regardless of having a new prescription number, they gave me one with medication as an old prescription again. Because they already filled it last week. I went back in and said I want my prescription back. A pharmacist said we already put it in the computer so we can not give you back.
