Was a busy place the day I was there. Long wait to place an order. Would be nice if when you typed in an order on the terminals, it went into their system instead of having an employee retype it. Would recommend ordering from home and going to pick up. The Express Pick-up had no waiting.

I love Lee Valley. I enjoy walking around and looking at the unique products. Their items are all very well made, from the kitchen and garden tools, to the toys ad games, and the tools.I have never had an issue with anything I have bought, and I've been shopping there, not just at this location, for 30 years.
