These two literally changed my life. I went in kind of discouraged; I absolutely dread shopping for jeans and can never find jeans to fit. I asked for help, and my goodness do they know what they are doing in here. They recommended a style of jean that I NEVER would have reached for myself, and what do you know they fit like a glove. I feel like a million bucks now! They were both so so so frickin sweet, they made me laugh, they were super empathetic, kind and understanding, and I just loved my experience here. If you need jeans don't waste your time going to the other pretentious shops, go to Levi's. Shout out to Siobhan and Armita, as weird as it may be, I think of you both every time I wear my new Levi's, and I'm so grateful for you both. Thanks for changing my life for the better, I finally have my very own denim. Thanks ❤️

Visiting this store is a nightmare, mean looking girls all star at you and judge you. I wanted to try some jeans on and when I asked for a size they basically called me fat and refused to help me, awful management team and the store (Will not post names because I am not as mean as them)

I have literally never had a bad experience here! Recently I was in this store for 2 hours straight trying on just about every single pair of jeans in the shop, and Erica guided me through it the entire time like a celebrity stylist on TV. I know you can get cheaper jeans in other places at the mall but it's so worth it to pay the bigger price tag but have someone talk to you about fit and style and fetch you other pairs and suggest you what might look best on you, especially if you feel a bit shy about choosing clothes for yourself. Love the whole team here! Everyone is amazing!!

I visited the store on May 6th and had probably one of the worst shopping experiences I could imagine. The two people working in the morning were so rude and just did not care to help me. I just wanted help with replacing some jeans that I already owned but due to the poor service I decided to buy them somewheres else. Going to start buying Levis online now and I encourage people to do so now.

The staff that helped me today was Autumn and she was very sweet and helpful! She helped me find nice jeans in my size. Give her a bonus or something because she was great. Go Autumn!

I gave it a 5 star rating based on courtesy and knowledge of the staff. However if this franchise is going to work they must honor prices on Levi's online store Canada. Today was not the case.

Staff is very hit or miss.I came in and was looking at some jeans. I had a misunderstanding with one of the employees who practically laughed at me. Then, when I wanted to try some things on, the whole staff were standing in a circle talking by the changing rooms. Not a very welcoming feeling to have to approach a group of people like that just to try stuff on.I’ve had better experiences there before but this one made me leave feeling embarrassed.

This store is a real bummer, you would think buying Levi's directly from the source would be cheaper then anywhere else selling Levi's jeans. Well it's the complete opposite, you will pay an over the moon mark up here, really what are they thinking? Just get your Levi's clothes at marks work warehouse across the street or anywhere else really and save a fortune.

Staff was very patient and made great suggestions. Ended up with a pair of pants I was iffy about, but was told they would fit better if I wore them around the house for a few hours. Here it is, a few hours later, and they fit perfectly. Super happy with my visit!

bought a pair of jeans for 147$, took them downstairs and realized they had a sales sticker. brought them back to the store and manager refused to honour the sale price, saying it was a mistake. all they offered was to refund me

Extremely unwelcoming staff on November 25th, 2020. I had been eyeing a sweater for a gift, for my son, for weeks. Went in tonight to take a pic and was met with a RUDE male employee. After the experience, i chose to NOT buy the sweater. Business lost due to staff. Politeness goes a long way especially in retail ?
