I wandered in and had the pleasure of dealing with your stunning and wonderful associate Myra today. She was attentive, witty and made multiple suggestions that resulted in me leaving feeling satisfied, seen and not just one but two pairs of jeans that were exactly what I wanted!

I visited over Black Friday weekend (Saturday morning), despite being very busy the staff was very kind and helpful. The signs were a little confusing regarding which wash of which jeans were on sale. But again, the staff was great about clearing that up.

“I had a disappointing experience at this Levi’s store. I asked a staff member for help and she never returned. While I was in the fitting room, two employees made rude comments about me, saying I ‘won’t buy anything’ and even used profanity. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.”

DO NOT TRUST THEIR RETURN POLICY WHATSOEVER
I visited the Levi’s store at Halifax Shopping Centre to return an online purchase that was a birthday gift from a friend. The sales associate initially told me to go ahead and pick a replacement item, assuring me that the return could be processed afterward.
After I spent time selecting a new item, she suddenly changed her stance, saying that the franchise and the online store “don’t have a system sync” and that she couldn’t process the return. She mentioned she was the key holder and didn’t have the assistant manager available — but what made it worse was her attitude. She was upfront rude and treated me with unnecessary suspicion, almost as if she thought I had stolen the product.
It was an embarrassing and frustrating experience that completely took away from the joy of what was supposed to be a thoughtful birthday gift. I’ve always respected Levi’s as a brand, but this interaction left me questioning how such poor behaviour is tolerated in their stores.

I'm presenting at a conference in Calgary with a western theme. I needed proper jeans to wear with my cowboy boots. Ezekiel was extremely knowledgeable - he's originally from Calgary - and helped with exactly what I needed (I even brought the boots to the store to make sure everything worked well). I now have a fantastic pair of jeans that fit perfectly and look amazing! Levi's 555 in dark blue. Love them.

Great shopping experience even though they didnt have the jeans I was looking for (Baggy Dad Linen+ Denim). Ezekiel was very friendly and helpful. Ended up picking up a pair XL Baggy Straight in the dark wash.

I’ve been to this location a few times now, and, as every time, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and even though the stock on larger sizes especially is always a bit hit and miss, the staff is always very willing to locate what you need, and quick to do so.
Armita in particular was amazing during my last visit. I went in to store with an idea of what I needed after recently having lost a little bit of weight, but wasn’t completely sure. She was very patient as she helped me narrow down specific styles and sizes, and while I wasn’t able to purchase everything I’d decided on at once, I now have a list of items to go back for when I’m ready!

These two literally changed my life. I went in kind of discouraged; I absolutely dread shopping for jeans and can never find jeans to fit. I asked for help, and my goodness do they know what they are doing in here. They recommended a style of jean that I NEVER would have reached for myself, and what do you know they fit like a glove. I feel like a million bucks now! They were both so so so frickin sweet, they made me laugh, they were super empathetic, kind and understanding, and I just loved my experience here. If you need jeans don't waste your time going to the other pretentious shops, go to Levi's. Shout out to Siobhan and Armita, as weird as it may be, I think of you both every time I wear my new Levi's, and I'm so grateful for you both. Thanks for changing my life for the better, I finally have my very own denim. Thanks ❤️

Visiting this store is a nightmare, mean looking girls all star at you and judge you. I wanted to try some jeans on and when I asked for a size they basically called me fat and refused to help me, awful management team and the store (Will not post names because I am not as mean as them)

I have literally never had a bad experience here! Recently I was in this store for 2 hours straight trying on just about every single pair of jeans in the shop, and Erica guided me through it the entire time like a celebrity stylist on TV. I know you can get cheaper jeans in other places at the mall but it's so worth it to pay the bigger price tag but have someone talk to you about fit and style and fetch you other pairs and suggest you what might look best on you, especially if you feel a bit shy about choosing clothes for yourself. Love the whole team here! Everyone is amazing!!

I visited the store on May 6th and had probably one of the worst shopping experiences I could imagine. The two people working in the morning were so rude and just did not care to help me. I just wanted help with replacing some jeans that I already owned but due to the poor service I decided to buy them somewheres else. Going to start buying Levis online now and I encourage people to do so now.
