I needed some help with an online gift card that I wanted to use in-store. I couldn't seem to retrieve it and the store manager and an employee was soo helpful and even assisted me in calling customer service (the first was no help, the second rep was extremely helpful) they were patient and very friendly. I'll definitely be back at that location. The manager's name is believe was Shantal.

I’ve been shopping at this location for many years and I’ve always appreciated how pleasant and knowledgeable the staff are. I stopped in last week to do some Christmas shopping for my daughter, and Crishan was especially wonderful. She was so patient, kind, and truly a pleasure to shop with.

At checkout they requested my information to ship an item they didn't have in store. I explicitly stated I didn't want to be signed up for a membership or any other program. The lady at checkout assured me it was for shipping purposes only and proceeded to sign me up for a membership anyway. Once I realized what happened I told her I was no longer interested in buying anything and left the store. I'm still in the process of having the membership deleted because once they have your info they make it very difficult to delete it.

Went to return a sports bra this evening & Scarlett was there helping. She was super friendly, helpful & made me feel comfortable. Even when she was off she made sure everything was good before leaving. 10/10 service!

Downtown store has better inventory and service. Any kind of person can work at the shopping center store. Don't recommend this store and may not stop here anymore 👎

Bought a define jacket, $150+ including tax. I’ve had it for 2 weeks and haven’t washed it yet, wore it maybe 3 times and I’ve never EVER seen a jacket pill like this . I have 2 year old fabletic jackets that look newer than this, and about $120 cheaper. Crazy.

I went in with my grandmother today and we had just had a wonderful experience at Aritzia with customer service and were shocked at the huge lack of at this lululemon. WE (important to note that we sought out help) approached Jenna at the front of the store for help in looking for some matching sets. Without hesitation she just pointed us to the back of the store and said ask anyone with a red belt bag if she needed help. Well Jenna had a red belt bag and we were asking for help finding stuff but were just pointed away. Tried to give the benefit of the doubt that she was busy, but shortly after another customer approached and was assisted right away. Was it because my grandma elderly? Was it because the other girl was wearing lulu so you saw a better chance of commission? I hope Jenna gets more customer service training or moved to the back. Was quite a shock when Aritzia employees were way more patient and took the time to go through everything with us.

I had one of the most outstanding shopping experiences I've ever had at any retail store. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly attitudes and genuine willingness to help. They went above and beyond to assist me, answering all of my questions with incredible patience and care. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to their dedication and product knowledge, I was able to find the perfect pair that suited my needs and preferences. Exceptional customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my visit such a positive one.

Purchased a pair of cropped align pants last month. Wore them once and the hem ripped out of the seam. Went back and forth to return them, was told by one location the 17 inch were discontinued and I had to order a different length and hem them instead? Went back to the mall and got my panted returned (since they were definitely not discontinued) and got a new pair shipped out. I wore the new pair one time, and the exact same thing happened where the seam is unravelling. I was told I cannot have a refund, I can only get new pants, and I need to go home and wash them first. I’m shocked at the decline in quality as I could have bought a cheap pair of pants and got more than a single wear without them falling apart.
