Deshane was amazing!!!! Can’t say enough positive things about his customer service. He acknowledged my concern about the shipment of an order and did everything he could to make it right. Because of his wonderful customer service I will continue to shop at this business.

Terrible service, I am a true Dior foundation fan, was in to try a new product and was thinking to buy the a foundation from Mac. As soon as I entered the shop, told her that I am a true Dior person but looking for a change, she rudely said the foundations are right there, try whatever you feel like. I mean come one this is not how you treat a customer.

I dropped in this morning to choose a foundation. Ended up having a makeover by a lovely young woman who is a new makeup artist. She was fantastic!! My look was perfect. And I purchased it all. This is a really great MAC store.

Last week I went to buy foundation. Ron(I’m not sure his name. He has blue glasses) was really helpful. He helped to me which foundation best for my skin. He did great job. I love people who do their job so well. And I always recommend them to people. I bought foundation and a few more makeup items. Everyone loves my makeup. I got lots of compliments. Thank you.

I’m so glad I’ve tried mac make up, the foundation is the best, perfectly match with my complexion. Lipstick is a so-so due to the fact that it doesn’t stay long, you have to reapply after you eat and it always stick on your mask.
