I will not be visiting this location again. I called one morning and asked if they had left handed thinning shears in stock the lady told me on the phone they did from the warehouse and she would call me when ready for pickup I get there and on the counter is haircutting scissors I was completely frustrated at that point as it was such a long journey there for me and not a pleasant one she did offer to special order them which we did however had the lady on the phone had enough expertise to know the difference I could have saved a lot of time and ordered off the phone . I will not be back as I really do not trust them at this point to know what they’re communicating about

Mary Anne is awesome and so helpful whenever I've needed help. She is very fast with helping resolve any concerns or questions I have regarding my orders. Her guidance and assistance from navigating the online shop or recommendations for new products is always appreciated. 10/10 customer service!!!
