Mark’s seriously needs to retrain employees on basic respect and customer service. Unacceptable and discriminatory behavior by staff (an elderly woman).
Completely ruined my day. Shameful — will never comeback me, my family and my friends.

So I bought shoes from the store located at Mumford centre. However I realized that they’re not slip resistant when I went home. So, I went to get them returned and to buy new ones from
the one located near chain lake as it’s close to my place. However, that disrespectful lady over the counter said they were worn outside. They still have every single tag on them. I’m I gonna wear them with the tag on them??? Are you for real. Anyways, I returned them but I will never buy anything from marks and my friends and family will never be back there. This is a snow season Mam there is salt on roads, so are you expecting us to take our shoes outside?? 😂😂 so that there will not be anything on your floor when we try them. Get some sense… thanks for spoiling my Sunday.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Bayer’s Lake Marks location. The customer service was extremely poor, especially from the front counter staff member named Arif. He was rude, unprofessional and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. Instead of providing support, his attitude made the experience frustrating and unpleasant.
I expected much better service from Marks, but this visit really changed my impression of the store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mark’s while trying to purchase a uniform for my Automotive Service and Repair program. I provided my confirmation email from NSCC and even showed my student ID. Despite this, (Theresa) refused to apply the student discount. Which should qualify me for the discount. It’s frustrating to deal with an associate at the front cashier who is unwilling to help students get the discount they’re entitled to. Very poor customer service.

Hi, I will not be returning as a customer, and I will be returning any and all applicable online orders that have been sent and or received to my business as well. If anyone is ever curious, about their return policy, let me give you it. It doesn't exist. If you buy an employee a pair of boots and they put them on, the boots cannot be returned. This is fairly new for me this year, because previously, there was no issues. Not for a small company that buys, 5-13 pairs on average a year.
Bottom line, I will not be sending my coin to a company with no return policy on goods, when that policy is not clearly outlined, or expressed during purchase.
I take the responsibility for my purchases seriously, and I will not be coming here again so long as those very harsh return policies exist.
