I had bad experience with Micheal kors. I Purchased a red handbag directly from the store spending more than $150. Within 2 weeks of gentle use bags color became black in some areas. Very poor quality. We went to store to report the issue they said there is no guarantee or warranty for leather material or colourThey said us to take the bag to any shoe repair shop.From this we understand that there is no quality guarantee for Mk brand.Will not recommend anyone to purchase from Micheal Kros.

I had ordered a purse online, the order didn’t appear on their end however when I called Josh was helpful enough to search for my order. I also had the pleasure of speaking with a Randall over the phone. Excellent phone service from both. Also when I arrived at the store to pick up the three persons on floor were very welcoming. Will shop again

You know Michael Kors has a following. Personally I find then products plastic, I prefer high end supple leather if I am going to invest in a handbag. Some ofvthe bags are heavy and over embellished. Remember this is subjective.

I bought a coat from MK and the buttons were in poor condition, so I went in and asked to have them fixed. It took them about a month to fix it, and when I picked it up, the coat was not clean or ironed, despite the fact that I handed it to them clean and ironed. I was wondering if this is how MK returns items to customers. I have purchased from Mk Malaysia and other countries, but I was disappointed with how my coat was returned at this branch. Plus, the manager, Randall, speaks to me in a rude manner, as if he doesn't care about the customers. From what I read, I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience. This will be my final visit.

I bought a purse online and I wanted to return it. I initiated the return and was instructed to take it to the store where they offered to package it for me and send me to Canada post to ship it. After of course examining the bag too closely as if I had replaced it or something!!! While this may seem benign it’s not just inconvenient but it’s also not fit for a classy brand. I wanted to exchange the item however I decided that I won’t buy MK again. Especially after waking into the store twice after to find another purse and no one offered to help or acknowledge me.

BE AWARE of CUSTOMER SERVICE at MICHAEL KORS Halifax Shopping centre location.Online customer service, can take up to 15 business days. That route is still in progress.If I was the owners of a store or even district manager, I would want to be informed of what is going on with customer service at their store, especially how their store managers are acting.I Purchased a pair of sneakers from ONE of the store managers, named Randall.A week later when I am trying to return them, Randall, accuses me of having been wearing them and refuse to make a refund. I have pictures and video of the incidence to prove they are brand new..same condition he sold it to me.It's very clear that they have not been worn. the sneakers have a WHITE crisp bottom sole AND NO CREASES AT THE FRONT.It's not about the ~$300 sneakers NOW,It's about the PRINCIPLE of it all.Side note, a SECOND MANAGER named Egri comes out and says "it's his word against yours". NOT, that she actually believes in the fact I had worn them or not. She owned same pair of shoes and says, side of see-through sole scratch easily.THEN, If that was the case, they would know, that by even adding them in a box will scratch the surface or in delivery to store or manufacturer etc. Either case, they did not look any different than their other shoes on display.If, in fact this so called Randall is ONE of the store managers, then he needs to be fired for not doing his job properly.The truth is, Randall is actually selling a product that should not be sold, since in his own words are "un-sellable". He seem to be using a strategy, when customers comes back to refund, he pinpoints things on the item so he can decline customers refund.This is complete FRAUD against customers.I am just posting some of the pictures.Video was taken after my second interaction with them, I had to go back and give Randall a chance to DO the right thing.He had to much PRIDE in keeping truth to his lies.

My boyfriend purchased a purse for me for Christmas. When I received the purse, I noticed the shoulder strap was missing. I emailed customer service, and they were no help at all. They directed me to their repair centre, who quoted me $75USD plus shipping and return shipping for a new strap. I’m not paying another $100+ for something I already paid for.

Complaining about your store representative located in Halifax Nova Scotia (Halifax shopping center ) . I am in a wheelchair and one of your representative (she was wearing white shirt and black Dress ) refused to help me it was on Saturday between 11:35-11:40 I was looking to buy a gift for my daughter . My witness is the security at the door . Do you have a policy not to help people on the wheel chair . She wasn’t busy because the security person called her and she was coming before she changed her mind and turn around to the other side of the store () , she didn’t acknowledge my request . Can sb explain to me why?

So I had bad experience with my purchase. I bought $200 bag for my wife and there is zipper problem. Not even month I approached store they saw there is problem with zipper. But they completely refuse to even exchange or refund.Honestly with the brand and when you spend huge money for bay there some kind of quality expectation or customer service but they are just rip off.Even winners would do exchange with in 30 days why would you choose Michael Kors.I would say be care full.

Got a leather backpack for Christmas and the strap started to rip already. Went into store and woman told me they didn’t have my bag in stock, and if I wanted to get another one I’d have to pay the difference (which was $200 for their other black leather backpack). I went home and found the bag still online and decided to try and order it in hopes I could exchange it. The order went through proving they did have some in stock. I returned to the store and asked the employee if I could then just refund my visa purchase, she said no it didn’t work that way. When I tried to cancel the order, I was told I had to wait for the bag to arrive, and then ship it back before I could get the refund. The refund department is backed up currently. (Keep in mind the purchase and canceling of order was within an hour.)Super unimpressed with every interaction. Will not be purchasing anything else from them, and will be selling my collection.

BEWARE!!! I bought my girlfriend a pair of MK boots for Christmas last year, the fitment wasn't great, so we returned them. Upon returning the item, we were given a gift card...10 months later, she goes to use the unused gift card, and there was a $0 balance. The only people who have a record of the gift card are us and Michael Kors...This gift card never left our drawer. It's unused.During their investigation into the missing funds, we were informed that the card was used overseas... How would someone overseas get the number from the gift card if someone in store wasn't doing something shady? The customer service rep did not have an answer for this question.....Moral of the story, just be careful of loading gift cards in the Halifax store...someone might have other motives.
