went there for inspection gave me quote for 2300 dollar for 2012 nissan altima i know there were few things to get done on car but there was no problem with my sway bar before which i replaced 3 months ago and there were no banging noise when i left my car there but after receiving i realised my sway bar was intentionally damaged i don’t like these kind of shops came here with somebody reference really bad experience here.

The staff was really helpful!!Had to get our tire replaced, got us a good deal, super quick with the service.Extremely kind, offering a ride back home while waiting for the vehicle, due to the situation.Definitely recommend if you need quick and good service with awesome staff.

The winter tires I was sold were inferior and when brought the issue to their attention in early May I was told my complaints would be escalated however I was never the courtesy of a response. The service level has deteriorated significantly since the amalgamation with Napa Auto. Subsequent to the above I received phone call from the general manager who was quite apologetic regarding the situation and indicated that he had not been contacted when I initially raised my concerns. He provided me with a very satisfactory solution to the problem as a result I will happily continue to deal with this Ok tire location.Service: Tires

Ok Tire have friendly staff and skilled mechanics, from my experience. They were able to repair the leaky catalytic converter on our Corolla more economically than other places. They explained exactly what they were going to do and broke the cost down per item and made it really easy to understand. Jim, who I primarily dealt with, was a great guy who obviously has lots of experience and knows his stuff. I've been here a couple of times over the years.

OK Tired is waaay more than OK. Jim and his team are awesome. Customer service is above and beyond. Jim is also a very honest and trustworthy guy of his word. So rare and much appreciated. ???Thank you OK tires for giving me excellent service ?

Jim did a fabulous job on a custom stainless exhaust for my Toyota. He's a pro and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I got what I needed/wanted. Highly recommend, there aren't many people like Jim around. The others at Mighty Auto/OK Tire were also wonderful to work with.Service: Exhaust

Formerly mighty auto. Jim is awesome and knowledgeable, and they're one of the few remaining auto shops that are still honest. I went in in February because there was some vibrations while driving, turns out the lugnuts on one of my wheels was loose. They tightened them and checked the other 3 wheels to make sure they were torqued correctly. When I asked how much I owed them, they said I didn't owe anything and they just wanted to make sure I was safe. That earned my trust and loyalty, and I'll be going back for everything car related.

The Shop is always busy . That being said it's because the service is outstanding. From the front desk to the workmanship. In the waiting area I heard repeat customers comments of the service and relationship with Jim the manager. I was shown my problem with my car ? and explained my options. I felt relieved and a weight off my bank account. On May 15, 2023, this repair shop, OK Tire at Lady Hammonds Rd., replaced a converter, charged me $1,304.10 just for the part, plus costs for labors and supplies.With the invoice showing the code of the part, I was able to check by Googling the market price of the part - only to realize that the part is selling for $659.97 by Parts Avatar, delivered for free across Canada. So, the repair shop got an exorbitant 97% margin on the part!This is repair services where you make living largely on labor and expertise, not on parts you just order and pass their costs to customers, especially given the part's great availability in the whole country. Being in the business, the shop certainly can get an even lower price from its regular suppliers.The shop could have suggested to me to get the part delivered at a much lower cost to their shop to get installed; instead, they FOOLED a customer by HIDING such a possibility just to make UNJUSTIFIABLE money of $636 ! That is total lack of transparency, honesty, and customer care in best, and deceptive business practice in worst.

I needed my safety inspection done and since my regular trusted mechanic was booking two weeks in advance, I called around. Reading the good reviews on this place, thought I would give them a shot. Was pleased to get an appointment within days. That's where it stops. Drove in for my appointment and was promptly informed they were "running behind". I asked how long it would be and was informed it would be three hours. After offering excuses I stated it would have been nice if they had called me as I don't have time to sit around for four+ hours and could have come later. Not even a coffee maker in the waiting area. Was informed they were super busy all day and that was not possible. However they were sitting in one of the bays having a break when I arrived. "Would I like to reschedule?" Yes, but NOT with you. Your customer service is "mighty" inadequate as are your organizational skills. I now understand why they were so easy to book an appointment. Mighty disorganized; mighty full of excuses; mighty woefully lacking in customer service. Avoid this place and its new owners. Seems they haven't mastered customer service.

Jim and his team did an excellent job replacing my alternator. I miss them being open on Saturdays.
