The employees here need to be trained on how to talk to customers.Would not allow me use the changing room 35 mins before the store closes.The manager says that's the store policy.

I went there looking for an air mattress. The store was well organized and I was easily able to find the sleep mattress with variety of other options to choose from. The employee named Sean was really helpful and patient with me. His customer service was stellar and he even went above and beyond to help me. Mountain warehouse is lucky to have such employees. 5 stars for you Sean!!!

Literally asked a question to the staff about an advertised sale tag on a bag and the associate ripped the tag off in front of me and said it was no longer the price. Probably best to shop elsewhere from now on if they're going to drive business away like that. Very disappointed.

Mountain warehouse in Halifax Shopping Center is our shopping destination for warm and active clothing. Great collection for kids too, right from jackets, raincoats, t shirts till footwear’s. They accept return for online shopping.

I am annoyed that this is one of the few companies that will try to nickel and dime you to death. I wanted to buy a down laundry kit which wad 50 percent off online. However, there was a 5.00 pickup fee for in store pickup. I decided to drive to my local Mountain Warehouse with the online sale on my handheld. However, even though it was half price in the actual store, you had to buy another item in order to get the 50 percent deal. That was not the case online and they wouldn't honor it although it's the same company. It had been my experience with other retailers that the online price would be honored if you could show them the deal. Not a very good business model and I won't be back. Too many other retailers wanting your business.

I was so excited to invest in a Mountain Warehouse rain coat & pants with bib for my son. MW claim to be waterproof. I sent photos of their products (clearly mountain warehouse) to the company’s Facebook. They said I’d have to turn upside down for an exchange or refund. As in bring in bank statements. Their products aren’t even good enough to donate because children deserve to be dry and comfortable.
