Ordered a men's rugby shirt at the store in my size bc the website said it would charge for shipping & store didn't. Some very cool retro stuff, but couldn't focus on my order because the music was blasting. Had to ask an associate to turn it down, & even the sales clerk noted it's often too loud. Loud music does not equal purchases, Old Navy!!!

A very nice sales associate saw me struggling with my baby carrier and she got me a cart and showed me how to make it fit in safely. Made it much easier to fill my arms with clothes! Thank you 😊

I like this store as they have good sales. And I love their T-shirts that come in a wide range of colours and fit. But lately when I shop there I can’t find anything in my fit/size/colour. They keep saying, “go online…!”
Very disappointing for someone who likes to shop in person and try things on before buying. Wish they would stock more in store.

Just had to return a pair of defective pants and dealt with Kelsy... She wass phenomenal both days I was in... 1st with a question and then with the return. She's friendly and very knowledgeable. This is why I continue to shop with Old Navy

Good options foe every one specially for kids they have very good options most of time I shop for my kids there and the quality of old navy is better then many places very friendly and professional staff.

Normal clothing store with sales time to time. Average prices in general. Friendly staff and good variety of everything. Not my best, but my wife can find here what she like to wear.

Says closes at 7pm on their website, they closed at 5pm due to low inventory but didn’t have any type of indication on their website and I was only looking to return an item……
