I’m new to CrossFit and one of OnSide’s newest members. The daily workouts are fun and every day is something new.The thing that stands out the most for me so far is the coaching - I’ve learned a ton from them already and they are all super friendly, welcoming and helpful!

Did a drop in class while visiting Halifax and was really impressed with OnSide Performance Centre. They have a great gym setup to allow open gym and classes at the same time and lots of classes to choice from! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, would recommend to anyone who likes crossfit or interested in trying it, had a great workout. Thank you for having me!

One of the best decisions I have ever made was to join OnSide!I became a member in April of 2021, but unfortunately, life got in the way, and I wasn’t able to attend many classes until January of 2022, when I joined full time, and haven’t looked back!Not only have I seen an improvement in my overall fitness and health, but the OnSide community is like a family. It’s where I generally go to socialize, and I always look forward to seeing all those friendly faces at the end of the day (I’m an evening gym goer ?).The coaches… I have nothing but amazing things to say about all of them. They’re incredible. So knowledgeable, and are always there to help you improve and cheer you on!Thank you, OnSide, for being so welcoming, encouraging, and supportive during my fitness journey! ❤️

I've never enjoyed workouts this much before in my life! It's a perfect blend of work and play. There's so much variety in the workouts at OnSide and I love how they use a level system so you can fit right in. They provide a very safe space to try new skills and learn just what you're capable of, starting at whatever level you're at right now. It's also great that they have so many class timings available throughout the day so I know I will be able to join a class whenever it works for me :)All the coaches and staff are AMAZING!!! They are always ready to help with a recommendation or adjustment if needed, or just a nice chat to brighten your day. All the members are fantastic as well! Everyone is super supportive and encouraging! Even though you're doing your own thing during class, and you might not know anybody, you really feel like part of a team and you're all in it together.I love that OnSide also has built in social events too! Their beach day workout with bbq really got me hooked! My 12 year old came to a few of these events and has since joined the teen classes...he's addicted! I'm so happy to have this as an activity in common that we can connect with :)I would highly recommend OnSide to ANYONE! They are a one stop shop to support a happy, healthy lifestyle. I'm so glad my friend introduced me to them and I wish I had known about them sooner! I don't know where you will find a better group of people to help you achieve your goals!

Onside Performance Centre is the best CrossFit gym around. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable coaches and outstanding gym culture. The Level Method programming makes it easy to show up, train and see progress. Our whole family enjoys going. Highly recommend.

OnSide has been such a big part of my life ever since joining in October 2021. My partner and I go every morning (well try to haha) and can’t stress enough how much of a positive impact this community has in our day to day life. Staff and coaches are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help us reach our fitness goals and are just wonderful humans. OnSide is a positive/safe space for all and truly feels like one big family. Can not say enough good things about OnSide! Thank you for changing my fitness life! ????

I joined Onside with my partner back in January 2022 in an effort to change our lifestyle and become fit/healthy.All the staff and members at Onside immediately welcomed us into the group and were extremely helpful in all aspects of fitness it didn’t matter if it was learning a new skill or improving upon known onesAll the coaches are extremely knowledgeable in various aspects of fitness, not just CrossFit.The space itself is very large, clean, and has any kind of equipment you could think of!Not only is this just a place to workout but it also has a ton of support options too. From mobility assistance to nutrition.I would highly recommend Onside to anyone it, doesn’t matter if your an elite athlete or a beginner everyone seems to be very welcome there.

If you haven’t tried CrossFit, you need to asap. If you haven’t tried Onside, double whammy on what you’re missing out on! I haven’t been to a gym like this before, it’s fun, it’s not cliché, it’s legit for every one. You can just be getting into lifting weights and they will guide you through it all, getting stronger has been an addiction and the atmosphere at Onside definitely feeds that addiction in the best way possible.My only negative comment is I’m bummed I didn’t find this gym sooner!

Dropped in for a workout and had a great experience! Friendly staff, very clean facility and a very positive environment with everyone at the gym. I felt welcome from the minute I stepped in!
