Park Lane Mall is in a very prominent and great location near restaurants and hotels, with easy walking and wheelchair accessibility. It is a decent mall with two levels of shopping. Stores include Dollarama, NSLC, Cineplex movie theaters, The Source, a gym, cafes, and a few specialty shops like John David Shoes. However, there are not a lot of shops to choose from, making it feel very small. The store options are rather lacklustre, with signage that feels very out dated. This gives the impression of a failing mall struggling to stay relevant, though there is hope it will survive with new tenants filling spaces.
Great place to go & has lots of stores, but they close too early.

I'm sure "someone" is working behind the scenes to keep the place alive and relevant. However, what's left of the once mighty mall looks like it's struggling. Hopefully, it will survive the storm
