Pharmasave North End has been my pharmacist now 6 years. I have received my flu shots and COVID shots by their team.Erica has been a great source of knowledge. She is very informed and up to date on medications and the way they interact with each other. She is easy to approach and ask questions.

I was in search of much needed diaper cream and needed it immediately. After unsuccessfully visiting many stores, I called this store. The front end staff employee checked the shelf, found it, and had it at the checkout ready for me when I arrived. THAT is GREAT customer service!!!

I’m a senior with Adult onset Asthma,the pharmaceutical team at this store location have been my greatest providers in understanding my condition and treatment. Once my home worker accidentally threw out my medication, these folks had it at my door in 15 minutes. I cannot express in words the trustworthiness that they have inspired. They delivery is timely and Liam is courteous and reliable in every regard.I would never have the personal touch with other larger companies. These folks really care and they practise good will to me and others I’ve talked with in the community.Keep up the good work Pharmasave! You rock!

Erica (the pharmacist) helped me fill an out of province prescription that I was initially told I wouldn’t be able to fill. She went above and beyond and helped me a great deal. Good people here!

I needed a change in Pharmacy as my usual Shoppers Drug Mart, customer service had just become tenuous. The Pharmasave staff were very welcoming, and are very kind and helpful. It's really not any further away, but I have to remember to work around 9-6 Mon-Fri, plus weekend hours. Whereas, previously I had a 12 hour open Pharmacy. So just think about that and make sure your Dr. Knows the updated hours they have to access the Pharmacy. So far the change has been totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this Pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly knowledgeable and it has a friendly neighbor hood feel. I've been there in numerous occasions and they have always had what I was looking for.

Exceedingly clean and tidy store in all respects. The pharmacists are professional, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. I'm treated like a human being and not a number even when the pharmacists are swamped. The front store cashier greets me with a friendly hello upon my entering this fabulous Pharmasave on Novalea Drive. Highly recommend!
