“The staff at this location are super nice and efficient. The DRIVER who services my area is completely useless? I’ve had three experiences with UPS deliveries and I’ve never even received a “we tried to deliver” notice. Have only either wondered where my package was and called, or gotten an email that they were “unable to deliver” to my address while I’ve been at home. No other company has done this and I get Amazon deliveries on the regular. Someone at the store suspects that they just couldn’t be bothered to find parking and they divert the delivery to the store. This results in having to rearrange my schedule for picking up a parcel, and sometimes being delayed up to a week before I notice it is “missing”. I would never in a million years choose UPS as a company due to this consistent negligence.”
