I was here a week or so ago and one employee in particular was so unpleasant I haven't return since! I believe she said her name was Emma or Emily. She was so unhelpful, rolled her eyes at me and my daughter when we ask for a fitting room, I asked for a specific sale item I saw online and she barely looked. She didn't speak a single word to us while ringing us through, and did not greet us when we left. Would not visit again if she was my associate.

My experience at this store was appalling. The cashier intentionally didn’t inform me that anything over 50% off is final sale, when I inquired what the return policy was she just said “10 days” while knowing the product couldn’t be returned. Additionally, the final sale policy is on the receipt, which is only made available to the customer after the final sale product had already been sold! Very disappointed at this shady business practice, I recommend you shop elsewhere.

Went shopping today at Pseudio Bayers Lake on a whim and had the best experience. Yara greeted me when I was browsing in the store and treated me like royalty. Best customer service I have received from a retail store in a very long time. I found items I had been unable to find at any other store and so not only did I have a great experience - the friendly and professional service received from Yara made it an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend checking out this location.

Literally always such a great experience. I have called them after leaving previously and told them how sweet and amazing their customer service is. Just left this evening on january 9, 2024 And the service tonight was the best yet. The employees are so nice and help you pick out outfits and try on different things. It is really helpful When clothes shopping can be hard for so many people. My favorite store.

My daughter and I visited the Pseudio store on October 30, 2023, around 6 p.m., hoping for a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, our visit turned horribly when one of the female workers who had blond hair and seemed in her twenties treated us unpleasently. She seemed to be in a bad mood, and treated us with extreme rudeness and disrespect as we tried to enter the fitting room to see if a sweater would fit my daughter. What made this encounter even more disheartening was that her behaviour appeared to be discriminatory, given that I wear the hijab and had been nothing but polite. What was equally disappointing was that other employees in the store witnessed this behavior but chose to ignore it, further intensifying our feeling of being unwelcome and disrespected. This negative experience has left us with a lasting impression, and we have no intention of returning to a store that condones such behaviour toward its customers
