This is a completely honest review, based off of my experience with Raven Auto sports. This is my first time ever leaving a review, but my experience has been so awful that I felt like I should.
I dropped off the ECU for one of my cars at raven auto sports on May 28 2024, in order to get it repaired. It’s now 6 months later in November and still absolutely nothing. According to them they do a send and repair with ecu’s (if I had of known this from the start then I would have done a send and repair myself) (the only reason I went to raven auto sports was to avoid the send and repair and to get it repaired locally) (they said that they “have a guy who repairs ecu’s”) so I assumed that it was in shop, god knows where my ecu is at now.
This is HANDS DOWN the absolute worst service that I have EVER gotten for any car related problem. (I have numerous vehicles so I’m fairly experienced in this field).
This was an ecu for one of my summer cars that has now been sitting with no ecu for almost 7 months. God knows what other problems have came along now from sitting. Snow is now coming and I can’t move the car. Worst part about all of this is they told me it would be a couple weeks. I even called the shop multiple times within the last few weeks with no answer. I have no idea what’s going on but this is unacceptable. Overall I can’t find a single redeeming part about my experience with raven. At this point I just want my ecu back. I don’t even care if it’s repaired or not. If it’s been lost during the send and return, then I should be compensated. Especially seeing that the ecu can no longer be purchased new for this car.

I had my 05 corvette to a guy in mount uniacke b.j.m., his mechanical work is great, his tuning is very very dangerous and very wrong, I had it back to him 6 times, the last time was on a tow truck - cost me $270, still my tune was way way off, I took my cat to James at raven autosports he tuned it so so so good, thank u you so much James, I spent over $900 at the guy in mount uniacke and then I had to pay agen at raven autosports if u need your cam-ed up LS engine tuned properly go to raven autosports and see james.
I speak the truth, amen.

Charged me 1.5 hours of work for a 10 minute job. They were just chit chatting the whole time. They must have been high on petrol fumes. Didn’t seem like they had proper ventilation in their shop. They drilled into my frame instead of taking out a broken bolt without telling me. They used a tiny screws that will probably rust. Then I’m going to have fun trying to take it out later. Service seems to have gone downhill.

Very unprofessional. Blew up my engine on his Dyno and tried to blame my tuner. I have talked to many people in the community who also had their engines blown here. Takes no accountability for his mistakes. Then, he threatened to report me to google for my review unreal! BEWARE of James, the owner.

Got a Resonator Delete Installed on my B9 A4.Raven quoted a better price than the big name brand part but using high quality parts and crafting it in house, recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Raven Autosports. James and his team have been excellent to deal with throughout the process of repairing my Sierra. From the very start when I brought the truck to them with a collapsed lifter, James was very helpful and always answered any questions I had. A full AFM delete with new lifters and camshaft and I’m so happy to have my truck back on the road. I really appreciate James’ commitment to doing the job right, and not settling until he, and the customer is happy. These guys go above and beyond!
