I visited this branch for an inquiry and the experience was very fine and smooth. The staff are very well mannered and provided the necessary information. The only issue is the long wait. Perhaps having one more staff at the counter can help with this.

I have been a customer for 60 years. I bought pounds from them last year. The trip got canceled and now they won’t give me Canadian funds for the pounds. Will be changing banks in the near future!

Visited here this evening with my partner to get out a small float for a market and ask about my monthly bank fee for my account type. Was helped by Mary Lee and she was phenomenal - the best customer service I have ever experienced with anything. My partner was also impressed, we complimented her on how nice and very helpful she was and I felt I should write a great review for her because she was really amazing. She was very proactive in looking at my account and helping me save money with services suited to me and also had some helpful tips for us at our upcoming market which was really nice of her :) Had a wonderful experience and couldn't be happier.

This is the worst bank there is.. Tellers would rather chat with people then to actually serve customers... no one comes to help when line is out the door I waited over 25 min for a teller with 3 in front of me.. I had to actually leave cause I could not wait any longer..

I'm disabled and I got to there one morning at 9:30 after a snow storm because I lost my bank and to get my medications. No one there. I waited until 10:15 and finally called. Which in and of itself was frustrating because to get through because they want you to tell them the reason for your call to know where to direct it. And saying 'The branch I'm at is closed during open hours' just leads you hearing covid protocols. Finally spoke to an agent whooooo..... confirmed that no one there

I really like RBC the customer service is always good. I was in here for the first time the other day, i just moved here from another province and i really appreciate the good hours they are open.
