I have been in Branch 15 min prior first the representative waste time on desk saying his system is not working then is not efficient to help me unlock my card. Have been banking more than 6 years... Worst representative and people need to train and work on client ethics.. Saying oh now it's 5pm I can't resolve as I have to wait to call... Pathetic service ever received in person

I have worked with different bank representatives in many parts of the world and my third bank in Canada is now RBC. Celine is by far the best bank representative I have ever met and she offers a service that is above world standards. She is a great professional. I went to RBC just to get information because of the bad comments written about RBC and she offered a great experience. I think she should educate other employees about how to provide a good Bank service to employees in branches with bad comments. Thank you so much Celine ??

I had the best experience with David Arsenault. Royal Bank had made an error regarding my DPSP. I had seen another advisor at the bank who didn't understand and didn't take the time to check. David took my information and had the whole thing figured out before my appointment. Not only that, but he has checked back in with me consistently to see that it's been rectified. I'm not an RBC customer, but if I were, I would definitely use David for my investments. His service has been beyond amazing.

This location refused to exchange Canadian currency with me as I was not a paying customer. Major failure. Might as well rename it to MOCQ (Members Only Canadian Quasibank).

RBC in Halifax Mall Mumford Branch was the best location Ive ever been. Staff were welcoming and friendly and helpful. The moment you enter , someone will assist you immediately, the lady Rachel who helped us this morning 10:34 am was really great, that is why we don’t mind spending time to travel for 10 minutes even we have RBC near us.

Worst service ever. Terrible website, phone app and call in service.Highly do not recommend banking with RBC. Husam Adi has done his best as a financial advisor, but he’d be better off working at more competent institution
