Very disappointed with Reitman’s where I have shopped for years at Bayers Lake. When I was shopping around and wanted to try on clothes, I asked to use the washroom a common courtesy washroom in the dressing room area. The young girl with glasses told me the bathroom was not working , which I doubt! There were 2 other customers in the store at the time. My point is Reitman’s clientele is older women and if this is truly the case , then I will not be back on principle alone. Very short sighted business policy!!! I left and went to Winners where I had a very successful $$$ and pleasant shopping experience.

Short 4.6 foot girl with glasses and guy working really don't give 2 cares about anyone coming in, I asked about what the sale was and she annoyingly replied "it's only 10% off" ... I let myself into the changing room, noone came to follow up. When I walked put the guy said how did u do, seeing I laid the clothes on their go back rack.

I called ahead to Reitmans as I have an exemption to wear a mask. I explained my circumstance and asked if it would be possible to shop a few minutes before opening or a few minutes past closing. The manager, Alanna, was so accommodating. We worked out a time that worked for both of us and wasn't an inconvenience to her. I went in this morning, having looked online ahead of time, and having a very good idea of what I needed to purchase. She was AMAZING!! I left there in overwhelming happy tears, with 3 pairs of pants! I can't even express how very much I appreciated the experience!! Thank you thank you Alanna!! I look forward to shopping there again. Side note: I have shopped in this store several times in the past and they are always great. I just haven't shopped for clothes in over a year (under the circumstances-being silently and outwardly judged for not wearing a mask) and desperately needed bottoms.

Love this store. Staff are so friendly and helpful and if you are in the fitting room and need a different size, they will fetch it for you. I love that there is a seat in the fitting rooms. They have some great deals sometimes
