I went to Reitmans in HSC today and had the most wonderful experience!! I would just like to say that I LOVE when an associate is so attentive that they offer me suggestions to compliment what I’m picking, whether I buy or not. In general in a lot of stores, especially lately, I’m finding the service under par, but not with Dana tonight! She was so great!! Please thank her for me!! She deserves a raise!!

With my 81 year old mother. Fair selection for her age and size. Sales ladies wondering around without asking if they can help, even after we had been in the store for 45 minutes. Prices reasonable.

Shopped at the Reitmans store in Halifax Shopping Center today. Had exceptional service so had to write this review. Unfortunately I did not get the girls name that helped me and my daughter but she was fantastic. Friendly, helpful and went that extra mile to help us.The fitting rooms at this location were fantastic. Clean, roomy and comfortable.
