Recently went to the store - my mom was trying on raincoats. We were followed by one of the sales staff… she basically breathed down our necks the whole time, after we had told her we were ok and for her to leave us alone. Do you get commission?? Jesus

I was just in the store for at least 15 minutes. I was not greeted, acknowledge that I even was present. The two employees totally ignored me. I am not sure why. I quietly left.

Recently I was in the store and found a pair of pants on the sale rack. I took them up to the cash to pay and the sales clerk peeled the sale sticker off the tag saying it was a mistake. They refused to honor the sale price on the tag. Very very poor customer service.
