Been to this bank many times as it is a convenient location. I'm sure this bank is great for those who need to meet with their many financial advisors, but it clearly does not want to go above and beyond for regular customers. The wait times for a teller can be very long. As a downtown bank, there are many clients with extra needs that take more time, but they rarely have more than one teller open.

I would rate this branch zero stars if I could. They are extremely unresponsive and canceled my appointment without any communication. I had to disrupt my workday to visit the branch in person, only to find out the appointment was canceled because they didn’t respond to me.
They also refused to provide me with the contact information for their supervisor. It’s clear why their reviews are poor.

Total disappointment went to cash a check at Scotia square ( they are open til 5)..which is a lie..they don't put on there that teller services closes at 3..time to look for a bank that is better helper customers...

Am at scotiabank in line of 9 only 2 tellers and then one closes with no explanation or consideration of saying one moment. Beyond disrespectful and horrible service. Very disappointed

I have tried contacting anyone at this branch via phone and email, and it is literally impossible. I have spoken to several reps at their "service center" in numerous countries and after much discusiion they give me contact names, emails and phone numbers, but none work. I live in the US and have an account at this branch which I want to close. They have made it impossible for me to get my money which they easily and quickly took. They are now forcing me to take it to the next step, which I would like to avoid. My account doesn't have a large balance, but I do want my money back. If anyone at this branch sees this review, please contact me (not holding my breath though).

I have been a customer for years now and I have never had any issues with this bank. Friendly staff and waiting in line has never been a problem.

Want to close out my safety deposit box, but need to make an appointment. What????? They are not open Saturdays. For a simple procedure, the protocol is ridiculous and very inconvenient.i have keys to return, so this cannot be done over the phone.

An employee of this branch contacted me and was attempting to strongarm me into attending this branch for a meeting. This was concerning as I already deal with a branch closer to my home that I already was more than satisfied with. Between having to pay for parking as others said, I was not keen. In any case, it is very strange and unprofessional, and I would highly not recommend this branch for that very reason.
The whole way I was contacted seemed fishy, and I had stated that I did not feel strongly about attending but was pretty much almost forced to say yes. In any case, just very bizarre and would not recommend for that reason alone.

Be prepare to wait in line for couple of hours, cuz they don’t have enough staff and the queue is always very long.Never waited for this long at the bank, but this bank is at next level.
