“Great experience with Apple storage, which we have been using since July 2022.Jennifer and Michelle have both been wonderful to work with every step of the way; friendly, efficient and helpful.They also helped us downsize to another smaller unit and this was all done so smoothly.A pleasure to deal with every time.5 stars on the customer service.The units are also well laid out, with accessible doors and dolly carts.Clean. Bright.I wanted to add that I’ve had other storage unit experiences that were not so optimal (never at Apple) - one place actually had mold inside the unit ?, and another was not friendly or nice to deal with at all.Thank you again.”

“My move from Newfoundland to Nova Scotia was long and stressful, driving a 20ft truck with my car on an auto transport.On the Newfoundland side, everything went wrong and the staff were rude and NOT helpful.I was NOT told about the FREE month of storage with my U-Haul rental either.BUT, the staff at Horseshoe Crescent in Halifax, NS were patient, friendly, and so so helpful!1)They let me move into my storage unit a day early. And a FREE sturdy lock with every storage rental!2)A staff member reversed the rental for me making my life so much easier!3)I cleaned my truck rental. But, I returned it on a rainy day and we couldn't avoid footprints. A staff member at this location cleaned the footprints for me at no charge!Thank you to ALL the staff at this location who went above and beyond, and literally took a load off my shoulders!I'm so glad to be back in my home city of Halifax! ♥️”
