I went to fuel up at the Shell on 2616 Robie St., Halifax. I paid cash to get $0.03 off per litre and with a CAA card $0.03 off per litre for a total of 6¢ off per litre. When I looked at the bill I saw 2 discounts so I thought OK great. Until I sat down and did the math. 35.587 litres at $1.628 ($1.688 minus $0.06) comes to $57.93 but they charged me $58.99 reduced from $60.07 which was what was displayed on the pump. I had to go back and argue until he redid the bill properly and gave me back my dollar. Should have been $1.05 but I didn't want to keep arguing for 5¢. Buyer beware!

April 16 2024 I was overcharged for gas my card never worked at the pump so I went inside and paid. Later on my bill I noticed I was charged the actual amount instead of actual gas pumped and the points never appeared on my Scene AMEX. I recommend getting all receipts from those place

First time going to this gas station and last. I received a “Save $0.25 per litre” coupon after purchasing a $200 gift card from Sobeys and was told by the Shell Customer Service Cashier that it was a fake coupon, and her supervisor told her when the top of the receipt has a mm extra space on the middle of the receipt and a mm space off the middle of the bottom of the receipt, that those are indicators it’s fake. My husband purchased the gift card himself and gave me the coupon -which is not fake and was happily used at the Rockingstone Shell Station. WHY ARE YOU LIEING TO PEOPLE! It’s tough as it is in this economy. I’m just a lady trying to save money and now you will never have my business and hopefully none of anyone else who reads your reviews. Understandably you have a 2.8 goggle review record for a reason. I see I’m not the only person with this issue. Just don’t ask your poor employees to LIE because you don’t either know how to enter the coupon or you don’t trust your clients and staff to present valid coupons.

Horrendous. First, the app wouldn’t work so I couldn’t just pay with the app and get my air miles and CAA discount. So I go in and I asked to preauth $80 , then went to fill up. It only filled to $31 and would NOT put any more gas in. As if my tank was full (I just drove from New Brunswick, I was past E). I go inside and say is something wrong with the pump? He said no. I said well nothing at all? No, he says. Well the screen is broken and you can’t even see it at all. He agrees okay yea that part is broken. And I said wel it’s not letting me fill up, only goes to $30. Then he’s like yea wel it’s your car that’s broken (I drove to the next closest gas station, and filled up totally fine - it was THE PUMP). Then he says so you didn’t fill to $80, I’ll give you cash. I’m like huh?! He CHARGED my card $80, not preauth! So then I had the cash change from the difference. I didn’t want cash back, I just wanted a damn preauth to fill my tank. This place was a total nightmare and I would never return.

There is one guy works there everytime when he is there he said washroom is not working I think the name is vinit and very bad customer service I go every couple days to fill when he is there that time washroom is not working I think I won't go again

I used to go this gas station from a long time . But i found that the guy “ Vikit” is not able to provide a good customer service so I stopped went there. Every time i went to the store he talked very rudely and one time i saw he yelled at the customer , he says, no hii or thank you to anyone . If he is not able to provide a good work environment then management should need to teach him some lessons.

Have been going to this location for the last 5 years for gas. After the rude "service" from staff I received today Il never go back. Trash station.
