The station is listed as 24 hours, but in reality it does not serve customers from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Staff are present, card transactions go through, fuel selection works — but after payment authorization I heard a female voice over the speaker telling me to come back at 6:00 AM because she “cannot serve me right now.”
So why advertise a 24/7 service if customers are blocked from fueling between midnight and 6 AM? This feels like a deliberate decision from the operational management, and it reflects poor leadership and a lack of competence, ultimately damaging customer trust.
If the company restricts service during these hours, then the posted hours should reflect reality. Otherwise, it misleads people and wastes their time.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case — the same issue is happening at other stations across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. I came here specifically to fuel at night and had to leave without service.
Please update the operating hours and stop claiming 24/7 availability if it’s not true.

This gas station states 24 hours open but its not either just updated hours or management.

Excellent service. If people would pull forward after fill up before going inside to pay it would speed things up. Just note your pump # and dollar amount to inform the cashier. IT WORKS!!

I’ve shopped at this shell since it first opened. I’ve always received Good customer service there. The only downside to this shell I’ve seen is that you have to pay $2-3 to use the air pump when it used to be free and they charge for the caps to the refillable jugs. But they do offer a free coffee or tea when you buy gas!

Attention:
Even you stop pouring gas, metre still keeps running. I also conclude that you are charged more for lesser gas as metre runs faster than the amount of fuel poured, by keep adding some cents to the reading. Video supports this point.
Even though they give 3c discount with cash and debit, 3c with CAA, 2x Air Miles with Air Miles and Shell Go+ you ultimately are ripped off your money it proves.
I just noticed this scam today at 1 of the pump out of 8 at this location. It could be any number of pumps, may be all, I don’t know. And could have been ripping people off their money for any amount of time, days, weeks, months or more who knows.
Video is authentic and has Geo tag as well.
Owner/Manager of store unreasonably very rude too at other incidents.
Recommendations: be careful using this gas station and use at your discretion.

This gas station need to mark the gas lines and directions! It will be much easier for people to get in from one entrance and out at store side. Good gas station, just not clear directions!

I regularly fill up at this Shell station and always have a great experience. The Shell/Air Miles points collector is a fantastic bonus! Friendly staff, clean facilities, and a seamless transaction every time. I'll continue to come back!
