Girlfriend went to return a box of cereal that was already opened tonight, and got treated like garbage. Yelled at in front of other customers, called a liar, and generally meant to feel terrible.Supervisor who was working tonight clearly isn't fit to deal with customers, and needs some training on appropriate customer service.

The Doctor was really nice and very helpful but the Pharmacy Assistants were rude, and took almost an hour to make my prescription because they were making jokes and fun with the other Assistants. The PA also talked to me as if I was stupid or wouldn't understand anything he was saying.

A horrible place to get a prescription filled. 48 hour lag time, unhelpful pharmacy staff, long lines and inflated prices. Better value end service at the North End Pharmacy across the street. This place is more like a Circle K than an apothecary. You need to do better!

My family doctor retired a few years ago and I, like many Nova Scotian’s, was left I limbo to seek primary care services so I turned to a pharmacy recently. My experience with Jamie, one of the primary care pharmacists, was hands down one of the meat experiences with health care I have ever had. I cannot sing her praises enough. She was so compassion and really listened and was so knowledgeable. I was truly blown away! She really helped me and as a fellow health care professional I strive to be like her! Jaime is a shinning example of why pharmacists are so well suited to provide primary care. She helped me so much and really made a positive impact on my mental health care. I am so grateful for her continued care.

I just had the best service today from the young clinic pharmacist Jamie today , you are knowledgeable, patient and pleasant, you lived your value of treating your patients how you want to be treated and you stood out from the other pharmacist or doctors I've ever had in 20 years in Canada!She prescribed antibiotic for me and explained everything I need to know. Wish you have happy days everyday and Merry Christmas!!!

They lost my prescription sent there through maple. I showed the receipt in the app, they just said oh well we don’t have it. Now they won’t answer the phone when maple calls to confirm they don’t have it(they tried for 20 mins to get through while I was at the store.) It was not that busy and there were multiple pharmacy staff there so… Now I have no script and I can’t get it sent to another pharmacy until they confirm they never got it. Wow thank you so much! ?

Phone is never answered unless I call the pharmacy at least 3-4 times. I would understand if this was because they’re really busy, but it’s hard to believe that after seeing them ignore the phone calls when I go in to pick up my prescription, multiple times. Oh and when I went to pick up my prescription the first time, the lady looking at me and asking “visa or mastercard” or something like that and expecting me to pay around $3000, instead of applying my insurance adds to the authentic experience! And the almost scowling faces as if I’m being a bother to them is the cherry on top! (not all of their workers are like this, some have been very helpful) Overall great experience and customer service ???

On Dec 20th 2023 @11:00 am I went to shoppers drug Mart Almon - Robbie street, I was standing to drop my prescription, a pharmacist man said to me okay and started talking on the phone, after some time a pharmacist lady came to me and registered my prescription and sent a text message to my phone and informed me it would be ready around 3:00 pm, we would text you once it was ready to come and pick it up. I didn’t receive any text message till 5:45 pm. I called the pharmacy and I checked, another pharmacist man informed me he would prepare it and it would be ready after half an hour. I went the next day around the same time 11:00 am and I was waiting to pick up and there was no body and another pharmacist lady came to me for help and check the prescription status, she said it wasn’t ready, system was down, I replied I don’t care give me my prescription, at that time there was another pharmacist man helping another customer beside me and suddenly he started to yelling at me for not talking to the lady serving me and threated me to call the police, I said to him you were the one neglected me yesterday, the people around me are surprised, I kept silent to keep my rights on. Another pharmacist name came to me I’ll help you and the team started to search for my prescription and after 45 minutes they said we didn’t find it and asked me which pharmacy I was planning to go to talk to them and let them prepare my medication, I agreed, he succeeded to contact Lawton’s to prepare it and I left to picked it up. the pharmacist was yelling at me is the supervisor of the shift and he tried to threaten me because I asked to get back my prescription, I’m a senior and I’ll fight to have my rights and to know why he threatened me and that caused my medication delayed by two complete days. This happened because the franchisee hired nonprofessional pharmacist staff just looking for their profits, with my communication I knew the pharmacist man name and I was advised to file a senior threaten report with a professional lawyer, I’m willing to invest money to fight the corruption happening against the seniors in Canada asking for the min. health rights from the unprofessional business employers and employees.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The wait times are long, and the staff are often rude and lacking knowledge.Use literally any other pharmacy for better results.

I can’t say anything good about the experiences I’ve had here. Have been getting the same Rx filled at this pharmacy, every three months, since Aug. 2021 and each visit is worse than the last. My Rx was never ready when I arrived (even when the script was dropped off 2-3 weeks in advance and I called ahead), my insurance was never processed properly and no effort was made by the pharmacists to sort out direct billing (even though my meds cost $400 upfront), and the customer service is altogether awful. If you ever want to be told you’re not in the system, wait 10 minutes for them to find your info, be told your meds aren’t ready even though they’ve had weeks to fill the Rx, wait an hour for a prescription, come back to pick it up, wait another 30 minutes for it to be ready, and then pay $400 out of pocket because the insurance you were literally JUST billed for “has expired”/“there’s a relationship error”/“your card # is wrong” - this is the place.Feeling glad Boyd’s Pharmasave exists and that I finally made the change over. Drop off and pick up 15 mins later same day, directly billed insurance company, apologized for taking so long in filling Rx (what a laugh).

i was at the postal service on thursday nov 9th, and it was a line not too many people in front of me and no one was behind me until one person showed up a few minutes later after the couple people in front was serviced and had left, while the one person in front of me is getting settled with one of the postal clerks that was dealing with returning and there’s another postal clerk there seem like a manager i dont know and she divided the line to help people who need to just get there who might need stamps or just sending off a letter or picking up a package which made sense to make the line go faster. BUT her attitude and demeanour was already off and rude, how it started she asked me what service i needed, i explained to her with such a nice approach by saying “oh im just looking to send this package back and i have a package slip”, she then respond with “ok so you not sending something off” and i responded “yes i am but no not the type with stamps”. she didn’t respond and went to the next customer like she wasn’t just talking to me and asked him what is his service and brought him up to help him. i was like alright to myself. likeshe could have responded back with “thats fine, this postal clerk is handling that he’ll take care of that for you” and that she will be going on to take the next customer who is in need of mailing letters.But she did not say or do any of that, which that customer was the last person behind me. 10 minutes later i made it with the other postal clerk that is dealing with returning packages and he was a very nice and respectful guy, she comes in and hops into the conversation with him and I, and now is taking over his job. i understand he was getting help with it but if she was going to help with returning she should have been more informative to let us know he is doing it and she will help him after she’s done taking care of the people who were just looking for stamps than being rude. While she was hoping in our conversation and service she was now helping people who just came and who walked upfront and told her their service and she helped them right away (which were more than getting a small stamp), i really felt disrespected and i dont know what the reason was. so we finish up and i got to mention this, the person previous to me she was in their conversation as well and she told them packages are getting stolen etc, and with me she did not inform that until after i left the counter and was walking away, she says to the other clerk the package might get stolen because packages are getting stolen than letting me a paying customer know right when i was at the counter. she’s lucky i was listening to that conversation with the previous customer about the packages being stolen.I just felt as if she didn’t want to give a proper customer service towards me only but want to feel like she helped even when she wasn’t even helpful at all towards me . i didn’t appreciate being treated like that and its been bothering me since that day.i was very disappointed

Terrible pharmacy service. Prescriptions are never ready at the appropriate time, they do not answer the phone, do not follow physician dispensing instructions (e.g. give 30 days, not 90 days).

Really poor service at Canada Post counter. After tracking my package and showing delivered, I visited the store for pickup. I was told item was not there and to try the following day. I thought I’d call ahead to save myself the trip. I called at 9:03 AM - no answer, 9:08 AM - no answer. I walked over and the clerk had zero people skills. She told me the item wasn’t there and when I inquired why no one was answering the phone she said the phone hasn’t rung all morning. When I showed her my phone that showed I called twice, she responded “Oh you called before we opened” I told her no I didn’t, I called after 9 AM. Then she tells me her car broke down and that she only got in at 9:30 AM. No apology for any inconvenience and she refused to physically check if the package was there. AVOID location at all costs. I have filed a complaint with SDM corporate office and Canada Post.

Despite the Pharmacy being very busy I was able to walk into the clinic, receive a test for strep, get the results back and a prescription to treat it within 30 minutes. The pharmacist was one the friendliest and most knowledgable healthcare providers I have ever dealt with - excellent experience!

Horrible customer service. Calling with a question for the pharmacy team about my prescription and was asked to be placed on hold. Said ok and that was 25 minutes and counting ago. This isn’t the first time I’ve run into this issue at this location and based on the reviews I’m not the only 1. Need better customer service and support that’s for sure.
