My 6 year old daughter and I were in and she wanted one of the surprise bags. After asking what kind of items were in the bags, we realized there were not any that a 6 year old would appreciate. Seeing her disappointment, they asked what kind if things she does like and asked us to come back in a few minutes. So we did. They made a catered surprise bag for my daughter that made her squeal in delight when we opened the bag. They were immensely helpful and made a little girl's day.

This store is selling fake eclipse glasses. Don’t buy them for the eclipse tomorrow, they aren’t safe. The Showcase website shows that the company is selling a safe, approved pair, but the ones that are being sold in-store are completely different. Don’t be fooled, they aren’t NASA approved- NASA doesn’t approve eclipse viewing glasses in any official capacity. What a scam. Super irresponsible business practices, someone could go blind.
Edit: The glasses were purchased from the Showcase store at Halifax Shopping Centre. They were I Witnessed It, “NASA Approved” glasses that stated they were up to ISO safety standards but were not- we tested them against actual ISO approved glasses and they let waaay more light through. Anyone can print that something is ISO approved on a product, which was the case with many of the bogus eclipse glasses being sold at this time, it unfortunately doesn’t make it a fact. Your store sold unsafe glasses that did not meet ISO safety standards. Shame!

Worst customer service ever seen. Do not recommend. Me and my friend were just browsing and looking at the items then some lady started yelling at us so we had to put it back. Not coming there ever again.

Worse customer service ever. I went in to return 4 plush toys today because I found the price I paid is doubled what you can find from indigo or toys r us also $20 more expensive from showcase website. I was told by the cashier that because my purchase was a promotion for buy three get one free they will deduct the free item from my return. It did not make any sense that they would charge me for what I returned and escalated to the store manager. Be aware of this store and their return policy and make sure you check the price elsewhere before you purchase anything here. I will not buy a thing from here ever again.

The staff are horrible. One of the workers kicked me and my 12 year old brother out after about 10 minutes of shopping because we were “not buying anything” apparently. Would not recommend.

Yo guys one cash don't cut it...my mom has been in line 2 nd person before cash for 30 minutes...why is your cash lady so slow at checking people out. Move along faster. Holy hell two items to purchase.
