My Heavens what a great group of employees this location at the Halifax Shopping Centre has especially Sophia, Mary and Ryan. They went above and beyond to help me out. They made sure I purchased the correct size and all were so pleasant, efficient and friendly. When I was at the cash I was just over a dollar short . I thought for sure I wouldn't be able to buy my shoes but Sophia, Mary and Ryan all using their own money chipped in their change to help me with the purchase. Sophia, Mary and Ryan you have restored my confidence in humanity. Thank you so much for being so generous, kind and helpful. You made this Seniors Day.

I wanted to commend Jeremy for his excellent customer service. He helped me select a pair of sneakers as a gift and then helped suggest gift ideas for other people I was shopping for. The fact he even offered to check for any size I needed in their storage and described all deals - he went above and beyond. He even offered a complimentary bag because I was struggling with carrying many loose items. You have an excellent employee and he certainly made my day.

Have never had a bad experience here ,always great service and even though other retailers sell sketchers I prefer the full variety here.
