Brandon was amazing I am in a wheelchair and was very nervous. He was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. My septum piercing was my first and part of living my authentic life. He walked me through ego erything he would do. He even gave me thecspacevand support when I broke down crying looking in the mirror with joy. I woukd recomend them to anyone. They also acomodated me in my power wheel chair. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for walking me through this life changing experience

I had my helix pierced by Brandon and he did an amazing job. He was super friendly and professional. It has been healing very well and I've had almost no pain even when sleeping on that side. Thanks Brandon!

I finally took the plunge at 28 to get my vertical labret done ? (I have septum and double nostril on one side) I booked with Sabrina and the appointment/experience was ah-mazing. A lot of attention to help ensure I find jewelry I love and within budget along with placement and an overall smooth + comfortable piercing process in general. It’s evident Sabrina (and those working here) have a lot of experience,knowledge, and skill with what they do. I met Brandon as well as over heard some of his appointment - Sabrina and Brandon both very clearly love what they do and do it well. I would be surprised if anyone came here and said they had a bad experience. THANK YOU!! Also thank you for letting me add on last minute getting a single nostril on the other side as well ? love my new peircings. Absolutely will be back for more ??☺️

My daughter decided this week that she wanted her ears pierced for her 8th birthday. We did some research and chose Skin Decision and we are so glad we did! The website has very clear information and from the moment we stepped in the shop Brandon made us feel very comfortable. He was very transparent with her and explained everything in a way that made her feel reassured she was in control. He also made her feel very good about her jewelry decisions and I think body autonomy is important and encouraged. The prices were fair and we would recommend the shop and especially Brandon to all of her friends who now also want their ears pierced!

Had an amazing experience getting pierced at Skin Decisions by Claire. Have not had a piercing done in years so was nervous, but Claire took the time to reassure and answer all questions regarding jewelry, placement, and the process. Incredibly clean and efficient. Cannot wait to come back for more :).

I never write reviews but I literally had to write this review because of how wonderful of an experience I had at Skin Decision.
First off, I love the layout of their website. I can get overwhelmed when booking things if it’s not clear or easy to read and understand but booking on their website is so simple and neat. They have tons of options and overall a straight forward experience.
Secondly, they are so understanding and non judgemental!! I was so nervous and excited to get pierced and asked a billion and one questions haha and every question was answered with no judgement whatsoever. You will feel completely comfortable, I can guarantee that.
Lastly and most importantly, the piercing. I received a nostril piercing from Claire. She was super informative about every step that she is doing so nothing was a surprise. Explained aftercare for the nose piercing, asked me if I had any questions, super fun to chat with and so funny as well. She will definitely be the one that I go to for piercings all the time!!
When picking somewhere to get pierced, go to the professionals and I can proudly say that Skin Decision are the professionals. Gorgeous jewelry options, affordable, no hidden fees, comfortable environment, everything is sterilized, what more can you ask for?!?
My friend also went here and her nose piercing healed perfectly. She went with Brandon and said the exact same things about the service; comfortable environment, friendly service, super informative, etc.
So it’s not just one piercer that is good; THEY ARE ALL GOOD!! Go to Skin Decision, you absolutely won’t regret it. : )

Brandon made my piercing experience so great! He is very professional, thoughtful and takes the time to walk you through every step of the process which really calms any nerves you may have about getting your new piercing. He was happy to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend seeing him for your piercings :)

Claire was awesome! So so glad I chose her to do my double helix piercing. Personality is unmatched. Vibe is warm and welcoming. Her smile and genuine spirit calmed my nerves as I haven't been pierced in 10 years. We chatted throughout the piercing process.

Brandon was prompt with answering questions over e-mail and he was extremely professional and patient at the appointment. A high emphasis was placed on cleanliness and sterilization, which I appreciated. I could not have asked for a better experience!

this was my first time coming here (which i was very nervous about) but claire was very kind even though me and my boyfriend were late because we got lost trying to find the building. she was so patient, walked me through everything she was doing before and during, and asked for consent before doing anything even if it was a super simple thing. im autistic as well and have a hard time in public settings especially with new people but she made me feel more comfortable than any previous piercer has and the shop is also super clean and has a calm atmosphere. i will definitely be coming here for future checkups and appointments!!
