Very happy with my purchase and in-store experience with Matt.Purchased 2 beds and mattresses from Matt who was friendly, knowledgeable but more importantly not pushy. He allowed me to take my time and tryout several mattresses.Both items were in stock and pick up went smoothly.

I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at Sleep Country . After investing a significant $4,500 in one of their mattresses, it was alarming to face distressing symptoms such as numbness and severe backache within a mere two months. Seeking remedial advice, I was advised to change my pillow, resulting in an additional $500 expense. This solution was ineffective.Further consultations led me to switch to a pricier mattress at an added cost of $1,500. Unfortunately, this also failed to address the issue. To add insult to injury, my latest attempt to resolve the matter was met with a proposal to pay yet another $275 to revert to the original problematic mattress.Such a series of misadvised solutions, paired with mounting financial burdens, is not what I expected from a company of Sleep Country 's standing in the industry. Prospective customers should exercise caution and deeply consider other alternatives before making a purchase.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but with the cost of mattresses and pillows to find you don’t get 3 years out of the mattress or a year out of expensive pillows it’s very disappointing! We bought $100 pillows which they replaced one but a year later both like pancakes! As for the mattress it’s been terrible after we had it for 6 months, we tried to get someone to come out and look at it but no one ever did! As Seniors this is very disappointing and we will not be shopping at a Sleep Country store in the future!

I was interested in buying a new bed, and dropped by this location yesterday with my husband. The salesman Sandip was very knowledgeable and guided us through a few options, explaining clearly the differences, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. It was a really easy process, and we're very happy with the experience!

Great place to buy a mattress, however the warranty is absolutely no good at all. They will find every excuse to stall and eventually no honor. Beware of your purchase. Mattress was only 2.5 years old.

My dad and I went in to buy a mattress last week. We dealt with Stephanie who was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She fitted us for pillows as well. Super friendly and knowledgeable!

I purchased a twin size Distinction Series Katerina Mattress in late September 2022 and by late November the mattress was having structural issues. One or more of the pocket coils is faulty and is sticking up under the mattress top. You can feel it but not see it. I am on a tight budget and this purchase had already pushed that limit. I contacted the store I purchased it at and they referred me to customer service as it was now over 100 days and a warranty issue. So i called customer service. I explained that the design of this pocket coil mattress is such that any flaws or problems with the coils etc are hidden under the mattress top so you can not take photos of the problem which they insist I do before filing our online claim. I said the design of the matterss photos will not work. They kept repeating the same lines so I gave up and hung up. After three calls spread over a few days to customer service they eventtually said then that you have to have an insurance inspector come to your home which you have to pay in advance for before we book your appointment and for me to provide credit card information over the phone and pay $50.00. I asked to do it at the store as I was uncomfortable doing it over the phone. I was told no stores can not take payments. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I was told that I can not transfer but one would call me back in two to three business days if I wanted to talk to somemeone above them. Every time I called I dealt with very rude, unprofessional, uncaring and ignorant representatives. The mattress I bought was $600 with the taxes and now because I could not file online and do a ton of photos I am being forced to prove what I am saying by paying even more money because they sold me a faulty bed ? This is not my fault. If I do get the inspection and a replacement bed I was also having to pay for delivery of my new bed and disposal of the faulty one.I have been a loyal customer for years this was my second bed in 9 years and have recommended Sleep Country to family and friends. NOW this is the thanks I get?! It seems like Sleep Country once they sell you the bed and the sales clerk gets their comission could care less what happens. If a customer can not do what is asked due to the physical design structure , you see the customer has already spent over 1k ( box spring and mattress cover as well) , is on a tight budget, and is not comfortable doing financial transactions over the phone you need to provide other options. You need to re evaluate how you run your customer service and warranty department because this is unacceptable.I will never shop at or recommend your business again.

Had a wonderful experience here, Andy the sales associate was SO helpful, he was very knowledgeable on all of the products. We only went in to buy a pillow but ended up buying that and a mattress and frame because of how positive the experience was. It was very close to store closing but we weren’t rushed at all. Would highly recommend

I have brought a queen mattress with a adjustable frame . On my second visit, I brought 2 twin mattress and frames.I have to purchase another mattress with adjustable frame and I got thinking of the service I received at the Halifax store.Upon entering the store, the first time, I was surprised that the sales lady was wearing a very strong perfume.Do not go there if you have chemical sensitivities.Her service was abysmal. I felt like she was only out to make as much money out of me as possible.The “white glove” delivery did not exist. They scrapped the paint off a wall and were in a hurry. Very poor service.When I went in to complain, the sales lady said” it’s hard to get good help”.And walked away….So…I then went back and brought the 2 twin beds. The service was adequate .After, reflecting on my past experiences, I will be looking to buy my next purchase elsewhere.

My partner and I purchased two expensive pillows and were told we could return them. I tried to return one unused pillow two days later as I did not like it. I was told I could not as the box was open. I will not be purchasing anything else from Sleep Country.

We just had the best shopping experience! After checking at various furniture stores for a queen base and mattress, we found exactly what we were looking for at Sleep Country. Our sales person, Colleen, was a breath of fresh air: professional, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Best of all, we came in under budget and will have our new sleep oasis delivered tomorrow!
