Worst customer service ever by an employee . please fire him immediately, he is rude don't know how to deal with customers , he acts like he is CEO of sport chek , we asked a small thing he didn't even check it what we were really asking and avoided us.

This location doesn't allow you to try on both shoes. I watched an aggressive sales associate tell an adult woman that she couldn't have both shoes to try on. When the customer asked if she could give the left shoe back and try the right one, the sales associate said no. It is apparently store policy that you only can try on 1 shoe. This is absurd. You can only tell if shoes fit if you try on both and walk around and many people have feet that are slightly different sizes. The sales associate just kept insisting that the customer could only try 1 shoe. Understandably, the customer left without buying the shoes. We also left without buying shoes because we couldn't try them on as a pair.
