Had service with them on October 11, 2024 about a noise on my car on the rear left side. They told me the issue was fixed, but unfortunately it was not as the same noise is there.
Contacted Kyle Scalon (My service advisor) on Oct 19 so we can figure out what is wrong with the car, no answer. Reach out again, Oct 23, no answer. Reach out again Oct 28 to see if I get an answer from them.
They send a video all nice when you service your car with them telling you to contact them anytime, and before you give them a review but they never answer back.
Update: Contacted the manager Jim at the email provided by hyundai steele and did not get a answer as well.

Note: look how they respond to negative reviews. Total lack of responsibility. My review: I have never seen such clear manipulation in a service centre and obvious deceptive tactics. I ran an undercover test of 3 vehicles here not too long ago with one woman and one man with the same vehicle issue. They were quoted $3,000 for the woman and 2200$ for the man, I was quoted for the same work 1900$. We took the three vehicles to other shops and they quoted only 500 total. Beware this dealership but specifically the service department. They are running some really shady stuff over there and is entirely based on the profit a service advisor can make in commission off of you and what the mechanic can convince a naive owner to agree to. Avoid

I recently bought a new Tucson and had the pleasure of dealing with Troyce Ashe who helped me in purchasing my new car. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, kind and did everything he could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. Highly recommend dealing with Troyce.

Brought my car to this dealership to have squeaky brakes looked at, which would be payed for by another Steele dealership as it was a new purchase. At the first appointment the rotors were replaced but the squeaking persisted, so we had to wait another 3 weeks to get the car in. Pads were not replaced at this appointment, despite multiple people telling us they were low quality pads. When it went in the second time the “technician” was “unable to replicate the issue” despite me replicating it in the parking within seconds of picking it up, so the original dealership was unwilling to pay for new pads to be put on. We will now have to drive the car 1+ hour back to the original dealership to have the brakes replaced due to the technicians inability to diagnose. Would never bring my car here for service again.

Had the opportunity of getting my car through Brian. If I could I would give more than 5 stars. What an amazing person Brian is. He made sure I was comfortable from the get go. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have driven out in a brand new car

Hope to hear more from them. Went there thinking I "might" purchase a new car. Staff was excellent and the GM even came down to meet me. I did not purchase but did leave them with an offer on the table. If they decide to accept my offer, I will in all likelihood make the purchase.
Sales staff was exceptional and I heard all the things as a potential customer one would like to hear. As it stands, if I do make the purchase I will offer further comment in the future with respect to service.
