I picked up my Crosstrek last week complete with undercoating, winter tires and cross bars. Ting Cheung was very prompt to my inquires and did not hesitate to discuss options with me. Upon pick up he reviewed pertinent information and made sure I had a good orientation to my new vehicle. Thank you Ting.

We got our Subie today delivered to our address by our Sales Consultant.I would highly recommend getting a car with Ting Cheung of Steel Subaru, he made the process of getting our dream car such a breeze. Whenever we had questions or needed an updated quotation - he always responded as soon as he could, was always available despite being away from work and was always ready to answer all our questions and erase my doubts about finalizing the purchase. The bonus point was he made sure to deliver the car to our house so that we would not be inconvenienced by going to the dealership, loading up the tires and having our toddler in tow! I purchased my first Subaru this week after being a long time Toyota fan. Buying a car in today's environment is vastly different than 10 years ago. Update: Had the Outback 4 1/2 years now. The car and service are #1.Original:I had my first service done.. I am very happy with the service. Great car.Excellent service / care from Louis and Cindy. Not crazy about the trade in value offered for my Hyundai.I will probably not buy from anyone else. Only one day with the 18 Outback and I am totally impressed. A lot of tech, thanks again Louis.

In August 2023 I bought a 2015 Forester at Subaru Steele, shortly after purchasing the car, the problems started, the trunk shock absorber broke, all the car's filters were dirty, no preventive maintenance was done on the car. a few weeks later he discovered that the car had been crashed twice, and in the carfax there was only one accident report, when asked about crashes the seller only mentioned one crash and the second one was not mentioned, there is still a metal bar on the front of the car that is crooked and rusting, 3 car keys were delivered, only one of which works and costs more than 400 dollars for a new key and another 100 to program. In short, right after buying the car I had to spend more than a thousand dollars to fix the problems that the seller supported, the car was perfect and now in winter the driver's window doesn't work when the temperature is below zero, the window isn't frozen. I contacted Subaru Steele 3 times to try to help me, I contacted Pranav Sachdeva the Sales Advisor, Adam Prosser Financial Services Manager and for Subaru Steele Maintenance, ZERO responses.I do not recommend Subaru Steele at all, they only get in touch to offer service and or to refer them, they never even try to help me..I do not recommend.

Had a service appointment here at Steele. Unfortunately due to staffing issues, my car was not seen on the day of the appointment, and nobody told me until I called near closing asking if my vehicle was ready yet. Then there was no attempt to reschedule the appointment.The cancelation wouldn't be a problem if they worked with me to reschedule, but because no attempt was made or even offered I would not return here.

Had my car worked on here recently and the service was top notch. The service advisor, Zayed, was very friendly and on the ball. He knew why I was there when I arrived and gave me an informative breakdown of what work they would do and what the approximate timing would be. He even sent me a video of my car while it was on the lift and pointed out some items of interest. Love the transparency! There was also a lady, Teresa, who helped me book my appointment. I am new to the city and she was super helpful in getting me set up and booked in. Great job across the board and I will definitely be bringing my car back!

Fairly easy process. Communication could be better keeping clients up to date. Hard to get ahold of sales or any other department seems to always go to voicemail. Over all good experience love our Subaru they really sell themselves

The mechanics are quite friendly and knowledgeable, but the $125 hourly 'labor charge' is a bit much when the mechanics make less than $30 an hour and the receptionist makes less than $25.Beyond that, the condescending tone from workers I personally overheard that were made toward other customers politely asking run-of-the-mill questions about winter tire installation? Think I'll just drive the hour and wait at a neighborhood mom-n-pop mechanic shop in Fall River or Waverly next time.

Been a week since I’ve bought my vehicle and still waiting on the registration paperwork to be couriered to me in Saint John. Haven’t been able to drive my used vehicle I bought from them yet due to this. Also still waiting on a $750 dollar refund to show up on my credit card. I’ve contacted the bank and they informed this is on Steele Subarus endUpdate: it has now been 10 days since I’ve bought the vehicle and still no registration. It was agreed that it would be couriered to me the following Wednesday. It’s beee 5 days since it was supposed to be here. That’s 10 days I’ve owned thee vehicle without being able to drive it. The manager called me this morning and was very smug about the whole thing and not taking any responsibility. I would never do business with this dealership again. Once they have your money that’s all they care, even though they have failed to meet their end of the bargain.

If you are located in HRM and looking to buy a Subaru, I highly recommend Ting (Keith) as your salesperson. Due to inventory issue, we couldn't get our Crosstrek at Steele Subaru at last, but Keith did impress me in the entire process. He's very professional, knowledgeable and patient. We appreciate all the information he shared with us. Thank you!
