This location went the distance on customer service!
Recently moved from Ontario to Halifax
Movers lost the Hardware to my Gwen metal frame bed.
Called customer service and they said Structube does not sell hardware but to try calling a store near me. Called and talked with Rylee.
He was able to provide me with most of the missing parts and at least one of each screw size I needed so I could match at a local hardware store. Cannot thank him and the staff enough for providing excellent customer service.

I have given 2 stars based only on delivery times. I ordered two dining chairs online on May 2nd paid in full, with an estimated delivery date early July. When contacting my local store in Halifax on July 2nd, I was told the estimated delivery date is now the end of August!! To pay for an item in full before they will actually ship an item from the Montreal warehouse and then wait four months for delivery is totally unacceptable! I have two of these chairs already and I love them, but these wait times will certainly impact my decision the next time I consider a purchase. So to those customers that look for a timely delivery, perhaps use another option. I always like to support Canadian business, but I can have items shipped from other countries much quicker than here. Very sad ...but true

The only reason this location exists is to see and touch the things you've been eyeballing online. I walked all the way through this location and past the counter where 3 sales people stood staring at computer screens without being bothered. It wasn't until I was at the 2nd last display that I heard a very faint "are you finding everything ok?" At that point any opportunity to grab my attention was long expired. I watched you approach the man with the kid 2 almost 3 times.Women have money too. I'll reserve my purchase for online. Thanks for letting me touch things without being bothered.

I am unsure if I would order from structure on Bayer’s lake again. I received a text earlier in the day to pick up my purchase. So after work I arrived to the store at 6:22 pm to pick up my order. As I was getting out of the car, the store worker saw me and locked the door. They would not open the door for me to get my order. Despite calling them before 6:30pm, they did not answer the phone and decided not to acknowledge me. Quite disappointed in this experience. Recently moved here to NS, I found everyone quite friendly, so I was disappointed in this experience

In June, we bought a sofa for $ 2,400, and 3 months later we noticed a serious deformation of the sofa.There is a strong dent on the side, the foam rubber was dented inside and a void formed.And a belly formed in the lower part of the sidewall. I think that the side foam went down, so there is a void at the top and a stomach at the bottom.disappointment because we came from Ukraine and we spent 8 months gathering on a nice sofa.as a result, we got a deformed sofa.this is neither good.unfortunately, the photo does not convey the problem well

We purchased the Leah sofa in June of 2022 and have had nothing but problems with it since. The fabric pills, the seam in the pillows have come undone, and most recently one of the legs on the couch snapped when my husband sat on it (luckily he was not holding our 8 m/o baby).When trying to contact support, we were referred back to the Bayers Lake location and the customer support team refused to issue an exchange, credit, or refund and instead continued to only offer a replacement leg. The quality of the couch is very questionable, and has now become a safety concern for my family. As this is the only couch we own, we currently have the couch stacked up on a pile of books so one of us can sit on it at a time as we continue to wait for the Bayers Lake location to address the problem (it's been over a week). When trying to leave a review on the website - the review was not approved.
