The only reason this location exists is to see and touch the things you've been eyeballing online. I walked all the way through this location and past the counter where 3 sales people stood staring at computer screens without being bothered. It wasn't until I was at the 2nd last display that I heard a very faint "are you finding everything ok?" At that point any opportunity to grab my attention was long expired. I watched you approach the man with the kid 2 almost 3 times.Women have money too. I'll reserve my purchase for online. Thanks for letting me touch things without being bothered.

I am unsure if I would order from structure on Bayer’s lake again. I received a text earlier in the day to pick up my purchase. So after work I arrived to the store at 6:22 pm to pick up my order. As I was getting out of the car, the store worker saw me and locked the door. They would not open the door for me to get my order. Despite calling them before 6:30pm, they did not answer the phone and decided not to acknowledge me. Quite disappointed in this experience. Recently moved here to NS, I found everyone quite friendly, so I was disappointed in this experience

In June, we bought a sofa for $ 2,400, and 3 months later we noticed a serious deformation of the sofa.There is a strong dent on the side, the foam rubber was dented inside and a void formed.And a belly formed in the lower part of the sidewall. I think that the side foam went down, so there is a void at the top and a stomach at the bottom.disappointment because we came from Ukraine and we spent 8 months gathering on a nice sofa.as a result, we got a deformed sofa.this is neither good.unfortunately, the photo does not convey the problem well

I LOVE COMING HERE! The woman who work here are extremely funny, friendly and have amazing comedic banter. It’s hard to find great customer service. I will be back and recommend this location. Thank you for such a great experience.

We purchased the Leah sofa in June of 2022 and have had nothing but problems with it since. The fabric pills, the seam in the pillows have come undone, and most recently one of the legs on the couch snapped when my husband sat on it (luckily he was not holding our 8 m/o baby).When trying to contact support, we were referred back to the Bayers Lake location and the customer support team refused to issue an exchange, credit, or refund and instead continued to only offer a replacement leg. The quality of the couch is very questionable, and has now become a safety concern for my family. As this is the only couch we own, we currently have the couch stacked up on a pile of books so one of us can sit on it at a time as we continue to wait for the Bayers Lake location to address the problem (it's been over a week). When trying to leave a review on the website - the review was not approved.

Great selection of furniture. Lots to choose from. Prices reasonable. Long delivery dates on some items, but delivery is free if you spend over $299. Will shop here again

Avoid at all cost. Bought a sofa, two chairs and a bed frame but had to wait for the sofa to come back I'm stock before my items would ship. Waited 6 months and when the sofa finally came back in stock they told me it'd be another 2 months because the bed was now out of stock. When I finally took delivery, they caused damage to a wall light but claimed it was already loose and that there was nothing they could do about it. Save yourself the headache!Update: Pretty pathetic response. Cop-out to be blaming your poor customer service on a pandemic over a year in. That's plenty of time to update your systems. Not that challenging to not sell products you don't have, or even if you do it's very shady to be displaying wildly inaccurate back in stock dates. Pretty big difference between 3 weeks and 6 months.
