Received a Christmas present in December 2024, the pearls fell off in March 2025 (just a few months later) so I brought it in. They couldn’t replace it because they were “too old” as apparently Swarovski changes their stock every few months, however they could repair them. I thought that was great so they shipped them off. I was told about 6-8 weeks. At week 9 I called and was told that they called and there was “no answer” but they didn’t leave a voicemail. We were out of the country so our phones were off but we still would have received voicemails.
When I went in to pick it up, there was damage to the pearl on one of the earrings. They said “oh it wasn’t like that when you brought it in”. They went to look up photos that would have been taken before being shipped off and they couldn’t find any. They said they have my number and someone will be in contact with me.
These are expensive items, they aren’t cheap, and if you read other reviews there is so many similar issues happening.
I’m definitely disappointed in the service in general and it’s super heart breaking to have had such respect for a company and have them have zero respect for you.

This is a very bad sales experience. I will inform my friends that this salesperson has serious discriminatory behavior. I cannot accept such an impolite experience.Today, my friend and I went to the shopping center to see what kind of jewelry there were, but when I entered the store, there were two clerks and an older female salesperson turned her back to us and stayed away. Far. When I wanted to ask the clerk if they had the style I wanted, the clerk pretended not to hear my question. Even though the clerk at the counter reminded her that I was asking, she directly said no. She didn't want to come to serve. It was very bad.The other young salesperson at the counter was also very helpless, but she came out immediately and patiently answered my questions.I don’t think my friends and I will come to a store like this again.

Bought a necklace from the site to be delivered to the Halifax location. UPS lost the necklace.I called the location and spoke with Rylee. She told me they actually had a full set of what I wanted in stock and she would put it on hold.She saved the day and took it upon herself to fix the situation even though the fault was not hers. I will be shopping here many more times.

The store clerk went out of here way to accommodate a return.Thank you.Important note to shoppers-keep the outer box that has the bar code and product description on it if any chance of returning the product.
