One of the most amazing banks ever! Usually I get my account locked for withdrawing anything more than $2 at RBC bank and I'd have to literally climb the corporate ladder to the upper management just to get it unlocked. But with TD it's the most amazing freedom I could ever ask for! Lost my card and they replaced it immediately!!

This is my favourite TD Branch in Canada. Located on Spring Garden Rd. It’s just a quick skip away from the incredible Halifax public library. This is my go to branch. The staff is amazing. They are always so kind, helpful, and patient. I could not be more pleased with the service. We were gifted Starbucks cards today too!!! This place is incredible. Air conditioner was broken today though ?

I came to this establishment this morning with my friend. The very kind and patient teller helped my friend count her money and even helped her withdraw 25 cents to get $16 worth of toonies. The teller was lowkey on our vibe and i respected it hard. Then to top it all, she gave us the TD promotion with a ten dollar starbucks giftcard. #TeamTD

My experience was excellent with kayla so sorry if i mistaken the spelling. I went there to change address she did it in minutes without wasting a second and she was kind and helpful.

Disappointing Experience at TD Bank - Misleading Sales Tactics
I visited TD Bank yesterday with my mother-in-law to open an account, and our experience was far from satisfactory. Despite clearly expressing our need for basic services, the staff Cheng Chen continuously pressured us to opt for a new immigrant program promising a $450 cashback, which we repeatedly stated we didn't require. It was disappointing to see the staff disregard our preferences and persist with their agenda. When it became evident that we weren't interested in their recommended program, their attitude towards us instantly turned cold. While I understand the pressure on employees to meet targets, such behavior crosses the line into misleading customers. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by the associate and would not recommend TD Bank to anyone looking for banking services.

Nhan Nguyen was extremely kind and helpful.His customer service experience was amazing.we went to get a proof of our joint account.He assisted us politely with everything we needed and also shared his experience because we needed it for our immigration purposes.He went above and beyond made things easier for us.

I've spent 20 years banking with TD and for a bank that prides itself on customer experience, today at the Spring Garden branch was the end of the road. I wanted to stay but the lack of service, poor communication and 0 solution oriented approach indicating "system errors" has resulted in me taking my substantial business elsewhere. When I shared that with the Branch Manager, it was ok, stone cold, there's the door and as if the last 20 years of loyalty meant nothing; even though it did for me. It's a break up that should have happened before now, but hindsight is 20-20 and I'm now looking forward to moving my accounts elsewhere.

Constant mistakes on mortgages, Visa and Line Of Credit over the past couple years. I spend hours trying to undo there mistakes. At TD Bank you pay more and get less. It’s definitely not the service I had wen I was younger with no money lol.For now on I am dealing with other banks. Lots of other option and they are all better than this Bank.Sincerely,

The ATMs at this branch are only accessible during business hours, so not after 16:30 or on Sundays. The sign directs you to Quinpool if you want to withdraw cash, which is a 30 min walk each way. It's extremely inconvenient that I can't withdraw money when I'm downtown.
