I've spent 20 years banking with TD and for a bank that prides itself on customer experience, today at the Spring Garden branch was the end of the road. I wanted to stay but the lack of service, poor communication and 0 solution oriented approach indicating "system errors" has resulted in me taking my substantial business elsewhere. When I shared that with the Branch Manager, it was ok, stone cold, there's the door and as if the last 20 years of loyalty meant nothing; even though it did for me. It's a break up that should have happened before now, but hindsight is 20-20 and I'm now looking forward to moving my accounts elsewhere.

Constant mistakes on mortgages, Visa and Line Of Credit over the past couple years. I spend hours trying to undo there mistakes. At TD Bank you pay more and get less. It’s definitely not the service I had wen I was younger with no money lol.For now on I am dealing with other banks. Lots of other option and they are all better than this Bank.Sincerely,

The ATMs at this branch are only accessible during business hours, so not after 16:30 or on Sundays. The sign directs you to Quinpool if you want to withdraw cash, which is a 30 min walk each way. It's extremely inconvenient that I can't withdraw money when I'm downtown.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This has been my branch for the last five years, and I have never had anything but a pleasant experience here. Line ups are always quick, and the tellers are always efficient. One of the managers here even knows my name at this point. Good bank.

Easily the worst location of TD within the entire company. Staff are rude and demeaning. Absolutely no empathy, or courtesy. After a particularly bad experience and writing a review, the manager called me, assumably to discuss but left a voicemail, but never returned any of my calls after I called back 3 times. So...? Here is my new review. Service is awful at this branch. Spent an hour trying to open an account with an advisor who was almost 15 min late to our appointment, after her lunch :) and then spent more time trying to sell me incentives for her own gain (assumably) and failed to make the requested changes to my account as well as gave me totally wrong information about how I could use my account.. i.e told me I wouldn't have access to online banking for my new account and only my old? Yet this was wrong and the Barrington location had no idea why the staff member would even say this.. I don't know, maybe have your employees finish training or vet them a little better before wasting customers time .Total waste of time. Would rather not deal with TD at all but the Barrington location is fabulous.

I have been lied to twice by two different employees of this branch. They have destroyed my belief of a happy Christmas all the way to this new year celebrations. I had two major incidents with them and all I got back is a usual answer of we can’t do anything about it for almost a month.First they told me my account can’t go on the negative side, to my surprise they took out l 192 dollars in fees and got me back 75 (blamed it on a subscription that I didn’t get) and they said I can get the restcan be back in a year or there is nothing they can do about it. This is just one of many issues I had with them. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. I decided to close my account with the company and the manager agreed with me and told me then go and do so. I had way better service with CIBC. Way better. these guys are not PROFESSIONAL.
