Justin L does not want to be bothered to help. He will tell you to call Telus yourself on your own time. Instead of telling you how he can help, he just wanted to tell you how he can't. The tone in his voice and his body language will make you feel as if you are a bother to his day. When you speak up and tell him how he is making you feel, he will tell you he is shutting himself off.My husband then made a comment about how noone seems to want to help now a days, Justin then slammed the door in our face and gave us the middle finger...(all we wanted to do was upgrade our phones!) Thank you Telus, and thank you Justin.

There's one employee here that will actually help you the rest just tell you to call customer service. Customer service can't understand my issue due to a language barrier, that's why I go to the store in the first place. They just take your money and tell you 'good luck' afterward.

I have visited this Telus Mobility store on 2 different occasions recently and was very happy with the service I received. Everyone was very courteous, prompt and professional, and I felt that my business was appreciated. Special shout out to David! Keep up the good work!

I dropped by Telus with my office manager to upgrade one of my other staff members phones. It is difficult enough these days to get great personal service with Covid-19 lingering and all of the protocols we have to perform to keep each other safe, so first of all Thank-you Hanna for making us both feel safe. It was a simple switch for a phone, but after reviewing my plan with 8 phones, we left paying less money per month on all our phones, Hanna recommended removing one that we weren't using and increased our plans to 10 gigs per phone. Originally I paid additional money just to keep from overages. Thanks Hanna you are so awesome and we really appreciate all that you have done for us without expecting anything in return. Sensational service. I told my wife and she informed me that you recently assisted her when her phone came due for an upgrade and she also enjoyed your wonderful mannerisms as well. Greta work!!!
