5 out of 5 for Richard H. This man is a legend. Stayed late to help my wife and get our issue with telus resolved and we ended up with a better plan and new phones. He even offered to put our empty tea container in "recycling " not the garbage but "recycling " a great sales rep and eco- friendly. He is not paid nearly enough for his worth. Richard H, thank you.

Wanted to swap eSim from one iphone to another iphone. We went to the Telus store in the Halifax Shopping Center. The staff was very friendly and we dealt with Richard H who was patient, knowledgeable, excellent at his job and completed the eSim and data swap successfully.

I have been dreading going into Telus with for various reasons, one being that we had to cancel my fathers phone plan because he passed last summer.My mother was with me and very stressed as she needed to upgrade her phone and was nervous of loosing their messages and photos and everything from her current phone.What was predicted to be a stressful/exhausting/emotional time was turned around completely by Richard H who was helping the both of us.He took the time and energy to make a painful situation much, much easier and dare I say enjoyable ?10/10

Called in to get a new phone to set up through Telus and they told me to call back later and hung up in my ear. The level of customer service here has gone down tremendously.

Extremely poor customer service and rude representatives. Just came in for upgrading and adding a new line but this made me to cancel everything.

That was my first time dealing with TELUS and I am really satisfied. I was BELL customer before, and I received an offer from TELUS for my EPP Plan to get a new phone. Scott answered all of my questions and made sure that I understand the process. He saved me a lot of time and energy. I couldn't ask for a better experience. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Scott.PS: The only thing that could be better is waiting time when you want to enter the store, but I assume that's due to COVID.

went in today with my sister to get her all set up with a new phone and Jessica was an amazing help! they explained everything very well and was super nice to talk to! we'll definitely be asking for their assistance in the future!!

Very rude customer service guy. I came to this location today like 45 min before the mall closes to activate my account and get SIM cards as been told by a Koodo agent over the phone.He was acting like a bodyguard in front of the shop and instead of welcoming us, he said what do you want as if we were there to steal the shop, before opening the way to us and letting us in.He wasn't helpful at all and rudely refused to talk to the Koodo agent over the phone to take care of our issue.I went there with my wife and kids hoping to get things done and we were shocked with the the low level of this unprofessional staff.

Waited in the lime for five minutes, no one ever come to say anything or let us in. 3 employees were busy around 1 customer. If the maximum capacity are 8 customers, put enough employees that can server 8. Otherwise, change the capacity to 3.

This is a great Telus store. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am on my second cell phone from Telus, I lost my first phone and had to get a new one. I picked up a Samsung 20 5G I love my new phone. Very easy to use and it is super fast. I think I got a great deal on my plan. The store well organized. I had to go back to the store to learn how to use a couple new functions that I never had before. The staff was very nice to me and explained so I could understand and when I left I was confident on how to use it
