This used to be my cellular store for, I don't know, 15 yrs? There used to be long line ups, specially during back to school time. Then they changed the staff. Now, not a soul out there.

Hi, I was in the shop on April 19th at around 5pm. I was greeted very warmly. I am European and had tried to load a good e-sim tariff onto my phone via the internet, but unfortunately it didn't work. The employee solved the whole problem very professionally in a very short time. Thank you for that. I can only recommend this shop and its very good employees. Thank you very much.

I had an incredibile experience at the Mobile shop! Isaiah was the one helping me and he gave his best in helping me get a new plan and phone. He was patient and very helpful.Suraj was also there who suggested me regarding plans. Overall great experience from both of them

Recently visited the mobile shop to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by a worker by the name Isaiah. He invited me in and asked me my ideal perfect phone and guided me to something that ticked all the boxes. After we looked at the phones and I decided there were some challenges regarding my provider but he made sure to work through it and get me on my way with my new phone. Not only did he provide excellent service he made sure to call me a few days later to check in and see if everything was going alright and offered services to help me days after. He went above and beyond to help me amidst the black friday crowd and handled the waves of customers very professionally.

I have been in Halifax for three years and this is the first time I have experienced such unprofessional and rude service. I feel unfair, discriminated and be deceived.Avoid talking to the tall, curly-haired, no-Indian staff, he is an out-and-out racist, and I felt an extremely unfair and unprofessional service attitude. He was not as rude when talking to customers of other colors. And he kept lying to me, lying about not being able to make returns, giving wrong information. And scoffed when I returned the product, constantly blaming the customer for the problem instead of listening to what the customer had to say. And yelled at me when I called to ask.This is an extremely bad customer experience, don't choose the mobile shop again, they hire such terrible staff. If you must choose the mobile shop please choose another location. I was told that there is no store manager at this location.

Never in my lifetime have I had to deal with such a large number of blatant nitwits. Went here to try a new provider and plan, and hardly any staff here spoke proper English! Talk about trying one’s patience! One gent smirked when I tried to communicate and that was a bit awkward and unprofessional. Step up to the plate and find people who can communicate effectively!
