Poor customer service & product knowledge:
Asked one of the staff(indian national) if they have an ink cartridge for a Canon pixma TS3420 and right of the bat told me they don’t have it in store and it’s only available online. But guess what, found it just below the pay counter ??♂️ not even a simple thank you for purchasing the product. The Source employees are WAY better(former merchant)

I had an excellent experience yesterday, with Hasan's assistance. It's a much more rewarding, enjoyable experience buying in a store where the reps care and are personable. The rest of the staff seem to value customer service as well, which is great, but I particularly want to give kudos to my rep. I recommend a promotion, personally :)

Thomas was very helpful when i was trying to figure out transferring photos and videos from my Apple phone that I purchased at The Source to my computer.
He help show me how to do it We talked about what I could do in terms of purchasing a stick that would be helpful as well.
Thomas is kind caring, thoughtful helpful, and knows how to communicate well with older customers.

Sold me a travel case for my Switch, needed specifically for my wireless controller, which I specified. It is NOT for a wireless controller. Associate was so wrong. It was final sale. So now I get to find a dumpster. Not recommended for gaming needs.

I bought a fitbit 2 weeks ago and I wasn't told they have a new "no refunds" policy. I wasn't sure it was the model I wanted and left it in the box, thinking I could take it back if I changed my mind. I bought a different one at another store and now I'm stuck with this one. What a bad policy.

I got Mobile plan from Aarushi. I was there to get a speaker but she gave me a really good deal on phone plans. I would highly recommend her for your phone plans and home services.

In my years in Canada and around world, MY BEST SHOPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. AMAZING VERY RESPECTFUL AND KNOWLEDGE STUFF!!! Like usual store they don't just try to sell you and get commission. Literally they were the most honest and helpful possible, I really felt they care about customer Although even I didn't know any of them they applied as many discounts as they could for my purchase.

Kyle Brooks made my new phone and internet transition very smooth he has guided us through the whole process which he made super easy he was very pleasant to deal with and was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend going to see him for your phone or internet/tv package set up. He was even able to set up my parents with tv and internet and they had a really good experience. If you’re going to the source in halifax shopping centre go see kyle!
